I actually ranted about this not that long ago and think it's worth bringing up again after I was at a grocery store earlier and saw an item that had a logo proclaiming this. I couldn't help but groan. What does a person's gender have to do with owning and running a business? It has zippo to do last I checked, and men and women alike have run businesses for many years. This is just another example of how this modern female empowerment/entitlement movement is out of hand and a blatant exercise in privilege and gender pandering. I can only imagine the controversy if there were a logo that said "Man Owned" and the protests that'd come with it. I've got nothing against women owning and running businesses and have known many business-owning women who are very good at their jobs, but their gender has nothing at all to do with that.
