I would actually like that, though. The only thing I fear about a required military participation or the draft is that I would fail the physical tests for PT. It's the only reason I never joined the military. My strength is actually pretty high and my stamina is surprisingly good for my lack of exercise. My speed, however, absolutely sucks and I can't do curlups to save my life.

We literally had an argument about this at the law school where the female professors were strong on the opinions how the judge also has to use their feelings and sympathy before making decisions and cannot use simply the law. And to be honest I understand that point as well. But in some twisted way when you put this into action it only works when they deal with kids and women. Men never get sympathy.

I'm familiar with the argument, that the judge is there to judge and make a judgment - but that's not really the intention. What SHOULD happen is the jury of normal people decide if the crime was committed and if the accused is guilty. If so, then the judge enforces the law.
The failsafe for mitigating circumstances and things of that nature should be the jury, who can dismiss the entire case regardless of evidence. This safeguard means bad laws have no power, as the jury can just refuse to convict.
But if the law is just, and the law was broken? Then the punishment should be blind to WHO broke it. That is not the case now. We literally have official guidelines for judges telling them not to jail women.
For decades it was called "the woman's discount", now it's official policy and goes beyond discounted sentencing and outright free passes.
Bottom line, modern Western society sees men as exploitable and disposable worker drones, without the same human rights as women or children.
On that basis, MGTOW.
