If its a poor white neighborhood diversity is a strength and diversity has to happen in every single poor to middle class white neighborhood. If its a non-white neighborhood then it can be homogeneous and harmonious for some races but if whites move in then its gentrification. White flight means chasing whites out of neighborhoods they paid taxes, kept clean and healthy for generations. My home town went from 99% white to 60% black in 8 years. All the whites who lost their homes in 2008 housing crash were section 8 to blacks. No wonder the suicide rates is so high for whites.

Non white friends as an urban dictionary is a laughable concept. If I truly am as racist as you assume why would I even recognize any "slang" outside of white or standard American dialect? Also would I have non-white friends?

I can only hold my self to a standard and never seek to silence anyone. That's how I find out who people are. Once I know who someone is I can then choose to associate with them or not.
