Note that marriage is just a set of terms of a contract that are implied. You can sign a contract for all of the parts you DO want instead of a prenup that pulls out all of the parts you DON'T want. The difference is the non-prenup contracts are enforceable, while prenups are routinely thrown out.

Here's what the marriage contract says:

The man will divide half of the assets gained during the marriage for all of his work.
The woman is obligated to do nothing at all, no sex, no housework, no pleasant conversation, no FIDELITY, no nothing.
The woman can live rent free for life and will be supported by the man. If the man needs that kind of support, at any time, even for a few weeks, the woman can leave and not provide any of it.
The man will leave all of his assets to the woman if he dies. The woman will do the same, though she's unlikely to have actually earned any.
The kids are the man's obligation and the woman's possession.
If the man is in the hospital, the woman can visit him. If he is incapacitated, the woman, with her History of Slavic Languages degree, can make all of the medical decisions for him.

No one would ever sign such a contract. But if you really want it, keep the parts you like and toss out the parts you don't and add in any others, with the knowledge that slavery was abolished and everything you add will likely be tossed out. Both of you can sign the contract and TA DA, you're married. Don't sign a marriage certificate and don't stand in front of a justice of the peace or minister.

And do not think a prenup will do anything for you.
