For those of you that enjoy my work you might've wondered where I got to. I got doxxed, lost my job, started my own job thing, started a Red Pill Christian support group, grew that group, put one of my mentees in charge, and I am now in the process of starting a new group. I've found that ROI falls off after the group has more then 10-12 members.

The first part of my leaving was getting doxxed. All my posts were sent to my wife, boss, and some close friends on Facebook. My wife's work email was spammed etc. People got my phone number somehow and called and luckily my not giving a fuck and keeping my phone on silent most of the time anyway negated that. Now I just don't answer unknown numbers and delete unknown texts without even reading them. I lost my job but it was a blessing in disguise.

But I started my own business and I've about doubled our income. Which is a big reason I haven't posted in a while. Starting a business is time consuming. I had to educate my wife that Return of Kings and MRP are two different animals. I discovered that I don't really like some parts of RP a whole lot besides the concoction that I've come up with for myself and the men I work with. But I realize that there are a lot of basic truths to the system as a whole. And THAT'S exactly why you have parasitic groups like thebluepill, because they feel a tinge of truth to what's said and it hurts their egos and feminist bullshit narrative. Yeah they flimsily claim it's satire yet react emotionally and make blanket statements like we are all rapists and abusers. That's amusing because if you ever asked my wife if I was abusive she'd likely laugh at the question. I can't take accusations like that seriously. On the other hand I have no resentment or bitterness towards women anymore. The way they've been wired genetically and socially is based on centuries of survival through the ages. A woman who can't branch swing to the next guy would die and her children would starve before before welfare was a thing. And we can't expect them to adapt to the new infrastructure overnight. I equate the whining about the nature of a woman to people whining about how eating a paleo diet is too expensive. If you want a better experience you have to reprioritize and invest into yourself. And you might still fail. And we may quickly forget common sense but our base animal survivor side does not. We eat sugar and grains we become physically soft and get sick easier. We buy into "but thats not fair" logic and we get mentally soft and can be taken advantage of.

I also came to change what it means to me to be a "good" man. A good man can be a provider, a present father, but doesn't need to allow himself to be taken advantage of. He can accept the basic truths of the way he is wired and how women are wired and not be "abusive". He can be the oak and not be condescending. He can disregard the "feelings" of his subordinates in favor of what's actually best for them. And he can trust his own judgement in the face of do nothing professional complainers. A good man is definitely not a door mat or tyrant but rather a benevolent king.

My wife came to understand how BP men are "creepy" through being forced to deal with their messages and constant attempts at manipulating her to turn against me. She's seen me become a more genuine and confident man and I basically inoculated her against their weak "I'm gonna tell your mommy on you" approach. She listens to me craft theory and make connections out loud all the time. She's completely anti feminist and more logical than emotional. She just ignored the messages and didn't reply. And they got butthurt about it. What they don't realize is when a weak man tries to badmouth a stronger solid man it comes off as not even worth listening to. I find it amusing that all these weak men trying to contact her made her realise just what she's got. They did the opposite of what they wanted they pushed my wife even closer to me even though we're already pretty close. Ever since all that happened she's been more open and honest with me instead of giving me the nonstop silent treatment when somethings wrong. She really sees that I'm just trying to be a better dude and that she benefits.

One thing I realized from the experience is at first when it happened I wanted to run in here looking for reassurance and advice. I said fuck that, I've got work to do now, rolled up my sleeves, and became singular minded in being my own boss. (I had plans already I was just being too much of a coward to implement them) I chose not to come here and share my experience because there's enough victim mode stories here. In doing that I got way stronger. Stopping approval seeking is like low carb with intermittent fasting, at first your body hurts and it sucks, but if you embrace the suck and move forward your body gets sleeker and harder. Avoiding approval seeking does the same thing to your mind. It makes it stronger and more efficient. This is why our "harsher" guys here like whinemoreplease are important. They are smacking you upside the head and telling you to put down that plate of cookies and eat a fucking steak.

Also on that note. Learn techniques to self sooth. Master them until they are automatic. Remember even a toddler can usually self sooth. It's a big part of frame. Huge even. One of the most important things I've done since I left is learn to make the process of dealing with a new stress or disappointment an automated response. I hold frame because things are getting dealt with as I find out about them. As a result I don't stand around wringing my hands, I just make tough choices in a calculated manner based on my personal system. I use way less computational power this way and I then focus on being in the moment actually aware of the moment instead of whipping up an emotional shitstorm and then coming here for help. Think of your mind like a computer, find all the useless shit that's running in the background and hit end task so you can get the important things started. Your mind truly is more effective if you give it a rest and shut down all those stress programs that you choose to run once in a while.

I'm happy to be back. My perspective changed some, I was already kind of different in my approach to the principles taught here as my faith constitutes a large part of my identity. I don't believe being sacrificial and alpha are exclusive from each other. But I realize that some other men have different layers of framework, and while for me divorce would be wrong in my own eyes I want to keep my nose out of other people's business if they don't share any of the same faith or personal code as me. I hope I can continue to provide men here with tools to help better themselves and be better fathers, husbands, and providers while still retaining respect for themselves according to their personal code of choice. I really needed a break from the internet in general as it was an addiction for me. I'm happy to be back.
