If the school refuses to do anything. Document it and call the cops, (photograph mark or videotape her doing it without provoking).

You may not be doing her a favor letting her think she can get away with this shit , it is only going to end badly for her.

Everyone here is giving you good advice. What I can tell you is I was in your shoes at your age. I did hit back. Punched the bitch right in the nose. I did get yelled at. Got in trouble etc. But I tell you, it was fucking worth it to see her realize just how powerless she was against the full strength of a male she pushed too far. And I'd do it again in a heart beat. I learned that bullies only stop when it become too much of a hassle to mess with you. So become a hassle. The rumors will be far better than the therapy you'll have to go through from being bullied constantly. Don't worry about school because school doesn't matter once you turn 18. Your sanity is worth more than a stupid diploma. There are plenty of options for a good life that don't involve the need for college. Better to hold your head high and keep your confidence intact than get beat everyday cause your afraid you won't get into Harvard. Best of luck to you.

Create evidence, keep track of everything. When you finally lose patience you'll have a bit of protection. You will eventually lose it, and react. Prepare for that to happen and have a plan and documents to back it up.

Remember everyone's fine with her attacking you, but the second you retaliate everyone will think you're the problem. There's a lot of talk about women saying they find it a problem, but you never see them try and stop it. The only person who can stop it will be you, just prepare for consequences.

Go straight to the principal if possible, or idk if you have counselors at your school. For your sake, it's best if you don't hit back at all (even if you warn several times with witnesses around) and also even if you have video evidence of it... You can still get punished, that's the reality for men in this world we live in today. But if either the principal or the counselor doesn't do anything at all... Your last resort is actually contacting the police. If you are forced to go for that last resort, don't have any sympathy or mercy for this girl, she knows very well what she's doing and the privilege she's abusing, she has no right to touch you like that

Report it to the principal. Ask for a meeting. Let the principal know that you are not going to tolerate it any longer. POLITELY. Inform him/her straight to their face, “please deal with this girl or I AM going to hit her back.” Let them know you’ve spoken to your teacher and your parents and they both laughed it off. Let them know you are done laughing it off.

Now, if it continues after a week, let her hit you once and clobber the little shit. You have a reported trail.

Also, record the conversation with the principal. If you’re in a single consent state you don’t even need to tell them.

You already have authorities involved, keep going with that, do not be afraid to report abuse.

Psychologically speaking, a victimizer will always take the path of least resistance. Meaning: if you were looking for someone to rob, who are you going to choose? The big, tall muscular guy who will likely fight back, or the little old lady who can barely hold on to her purse?

What you need to do is openly embarrass the person - on the spot - when they attempt to victimize you. Make a scene. Throw a drink on them, preferably red to make a point. A well-timed airhorn or yelling in their face. Create a mean nickname and yell it at them, making others laugh at them. Something that "rings their bell" without hitting them.

Let me be clear, I do not recommend hitting back. That is what I did. Yep, straight to the principle's office. All bad. My bully stopped, but only because I showed him I wasn't a victim. It was my attitude that changed things, not my actions.

Always remember this: If you play the victim, you will be the victim.

I absolutely sympathize with you. I was bullied by a girl my age when I was 12. I was the smallest kid in my class. I am a man. She would hit me over the head with her textbooks in the middle of class. The teacher would just laugh. My dad was embarrassed that I was getting beat up by a girl at school. He told me to hit her back as well. I was too afraid to fight and too afraid to hit a girl. My advice to you. Talk to another teacher or go to your principal. I assume you have a cell phone, take video of her beating you up. Or get a friend to video. It really sucks. Just hang in there. You have to find an adult who is willing to be your advocate. I didn't have one. This girl beat me up for 2 years straight. I eventually got big enough that I was much bigger than her and she left me alone. That was 2 years of hell. Things were a lot different back then. You should be able to find somebody who can take care of this issue. Hang in there.

Bring an ahegao jacket or something cringe like that, she will think you're a creep or something, so she will stop seeking you.

Police, administratives, or people in general will not do anything, even if you it directly affects your mental health (or physical health).

The unique way is make her to "dislike" you, so that way she will feel like there's no reason to attack you. If there's something that always happens in this society, is that they will always think she is the victim; so the unique way is to do anything that can put a barrier between you and her without attacking or calling for help.

Other thing you can do is to act like you have a serious masochism fetish, and make everyone believe that she is really into you, so she will feel used instead of taking advantage of you; if this doesn't work then go with your parents and start breaking things and purposely making them angry and then express all the feelings you have; repeat and keep making pressure until you're out of the school.

[I'm serious with all of this, your parents will only start to worry if you show that you have a serious problem.]

She’s abusing you and you need to find someone that will listen and keep going until someone does something about it. With hitting her back, there’s a line between self defense and also being abusive. If you clock the girl and do more physical harm than her slaps are that will make you look just as bad to teachers/authorities/etc. So be careful with fighting back. Does the girl deserve to be punched? No. But you need to defend yourself. A weird side note, have you talked to her about it? If she’s approachable and you can have a conversation (maybe record it) you can try and get a reason why she thinks she can do this to you which may help you find a way to stop it. I’m so sorry you’re not getting help, abuse is abuse no natter the gender

Document what she’s doing and document all your complaint to the teachers and their action or inaction. Make sure to write down their response word for word if you can. Video is event better.

Build up a record to show that you’re repeated being physically attacked, that you did the right thing and reported her, and that no action was taken against her.

It sounds to me that you’re being discriminated based on your gender.

Personally, I think, you get a recording of you talking to one of the faculty members about it(record with your phone while it's in a shirt pocket). When they don't do anything, knock her teeth out. They will get in trouble for not acting; you'll have proof that you were forced to defend yourself as you had no one to go to. (You don't actually have to knock her teeth out. I actually don't recommend it, but a good solid punch, to teach her a lesson... Oh yeah)

Talk to someone else like the principal, and hit her back. Never allow anyone to disrespect you. If anyone yells at you for hitting her, yell back talking about her hitting you. Don't stay silent about your rights and well-being. Your situation could also help lots of boys in the same school to be saved from similar situations from disgusting abusive girls who have no respect and think assault is funny.

I think I have an idea, I don't know if its smart or not I am somewhere around that age I'm 15 atm I used to be that kid yk the one that hit other kids there was one thing that would make me stop is when someone would make it awkward like make it a very serious tell her "please stop touching me it makes me very uncomfortable when you get so close to me" it will make it awkward and she will hopefully get the hint that its not okay if she keeps doing it idk call the police or something make sure that you don't smile or do anything that could make it seem like a joke while your talking, I'm sorry if this doesn't work I used to do this to people that would get to close to me and it worked for me and the people I used to terrorize in elementary school.

Don't hit back—physically deflect and remove yourself from the situation. Right now, you have the moral high ground, but as soon as you retaliate people may form an argument against you, regardless of who struck first. If she ever brandishes a sharp or heavy blunt object (I pray it never comes to that) don't even play at self defense. Get the Hell out and fast. Severe injury is not worth protecting your pride.

If the teacher isn't listening, take it to the next level. If you're not comfortable heading straight to higher offices, maybe talk to a counselor first. There's also the option of going to another teacher—one you respect and trust, if you know any. If that's successful, you'll have an adult on your side when facing administration or disciplinary committees. If none of this works, there's always the police. That will scare the school witless and likely force their hand.
