Success, Fame, money and power can sub pretty well for most things.

And women are expected to do much more when it comes to grooming standards. We just have to smell nice and be clean, they have to smell nice, be clean, wear makeup, and shave most body hair. We all have things that we need to get in a relationship, but if it's a battle of who has if worse, I'd have to say women.
