That's a tough situation, sorry to hear you're stuck in it.

First thing to do is disclose this to someone you can trust. Preferably that would be your parents and you can discuss defamation/slander with the school. If that doesn't work, trying to find a lawyer you can talk to might help.

While school counselors might help, their first priority is to the school and so if they perceive that this might blow back negatively on them they may treat you as an offender/predator just because it's easier for them.

Do not go through this alone.

That sucks, I'm also Canadian and the police can't do anything because someone wrote something on a bathroom wall. Bring some rubbing alcohol pads to school, wait till after class and wipe it off. Rubbing alcohol takes off most "permanent" markers. If for some very random reason you do talk to the police, just say nothing, any lawyer will tell you to keep you mouth shut even when they ask you your name, you are not obligated to answer and they can't detain you unless they have plausible cause which isn't someone writing on a bathroom wall.

I went through this 3 years ago.

I had video proof of everything and documentation of all messages,

I also publically called the woman out on social media to my mass following and presented all evidence.

Which prompt other men and a few girls to step up and leak that she has done this to other men.

It went away and now she is like a roach back into the darkness.

You're still young so that's the bad part is when you're in school r,um.ors are like a virus. All you can do is not feed it any attention and talk to an adult preferably a woman and a male that would take your side that knows you.

Get you facts, dates and times in order. If you have not had sex, you can't be a rapist. So, list out any girl you have had sex with, made out with or tried with to have sex or make out with, tried to flirt with or tried to talk too maybe you were too friendly etc... That shouldn't be a long list at your age (no offense guys don't generally get a lot of opportunities)

Also list out any girls that tried to get with you. Someone may be getting vindicative.

Legally speaking I don't think there will be consequences over graffiti. But as for social it could be easy for alot of your schoolmates to latch on to this so I would try speaking to your guidance teacher (or Canadian equivalent) to take some action
