My sons mom was so methed out she thought bugs were crawling out of his skin. Drove to the hospital in that state. She was clawing at his skin and pinching him to kill the bugs. Doctors baker acted her. I filed an emergency motion. The judge (a man) didn’t even read the medical reports before denying the motion. When I went to court to press it, the guy actually said out loud “ I’m going to read this medical report now if their are no objections”. Her counsel objected. He didn’t read them. The documents flat out said child abuse MULTIPLE times.

Literally happened to me. She didn't show up to court. I was awarded 1% custody of both my boys. The reason I got to keep 1% you ask. So she could get maximum child support, and prevent me from seeing them without a child psychologist/therapist present which I could only afford for a few weeks.

This is why the state and feminism might almost be considered the same thing. All across the land are middle aged women working in government offices who will gleefully shaft any man they can. I know women who work for the court and they are HAPPY when they get the chance to garnish a man's wages or take his drivers license.

Not sad for the kid, but actually HAPPY.

I suggest and encourage people not to support their government, make as little income as possible (less for them to take) and always vote for whoever you think will inflict the most damage on the state.

Based on my own expirence, this thought process is still believed today because studdies which showed the need for the mother where conducted in the time period when women where activity encouraged to stay home and look after the kid which is a huge oversighted bias. The courts and lawyers need to catch up with the fact that a shit person is a shit person and just because they have a vagina doesn't make it their god given right.

They could have gone to supreme court for this. They knowingly and consensually refused their testament despite them being the victim and handed them over to the abuser.

Its CUSTOM that if someone doesnt show up the date it's either moved or concluded in favor of the party present. Whoever that judge was violated policy and they can sue that then have his decision revoked entirely.

My mother spent a summer convincing my father to give her custody of my younger brother. My brother and I were both living with our grandmother who had full custody. Our mother knew there was no way she could get both of us or just me so she wanted my brother. My gullible wet spaghetti spined father caved and helped my mother get my younger brother back. 2 months into the new school year she filed for child support against my father. It was all a huge ploy for money and my father fell for it, hook line and sinker. Every time my father would try to get the child support thrown out because they technically each had 1 kid each, my mother just wouldn't show.

My brother was later diagnosed with asperger's syndrome 10 years later. I firmly believe he would have been diagnosed a lot sooner if he stayed under my grandparents care and would have received a lot better help in coping and learning how to function as an adult. But now, like our mother, he'll forever be a tax burner and not a tax earner.

This happened to me but luckily it turned out good, my mother is a deadbeat drunk and she was supposed to gain custody of me but it was given to my father due to her being caught drunk driving the day after the first hearing from what i was told.

my friend is literally going through something like this right now he has had custody of both of his kids for quite close to a decade and is continued to be charged for child support.
(This is a New York state if anybody can point me to some good resources to help them)

Totally morbid but true thought-if society as we know it was to fall tomorrow, the last person on the planet I would want to be is a judge, or a lawyer for that matter. With as many Dads and adult children whose lives have been ruined because of them, I imagine they’ll all die in the most horrific ways imaginable.

These are just the stories we share with each other. How many people have been so distraught they went and committed suicide, or went out and got a dui, or something awful like that, that we didn’t hear anything about?

I don’t think many judges have any capacity to put themselves in the shoes of the people they are “judging”. I wish something would change.

It’s fucked up, what I’ve never understood about divorce is why the system fucks so many men over and what I especially don’t understand is why who is more able to provide for the child financially doesn’t get taken into consideration, would definitely save a lot of money and a lot less fathers would go to jail because they can’t afford child support.

I'm currently trying to get custody of my 5 year old boy, The mother and her mom would talk constant shit to me when all I wanted to do was just talk... Saying shit like I was never there for him or was never in his life which is bullshit, I cut the cord, Gave him everything he needed and then some! I'll admit I was at a dark time in life where I didn't have a job but I still was there and gave him whatever he still needed! She constantly want's to replace me as the father and is with a different guy every week I promise you this is true! I was always crying for him... Wanted to end it... But I had a wake up call, here I am fighting to get him! The cop's don't do shit, The Attorney general won't do shit! I am currently getting legal aid and they said they will help me... Wish me luck..

Thankfully for my brother and his kids, there are exceptions! He just won primary custody yesterday, after a long bitter drawn out court battle with his ex. She does not have a swastika tattoo, but she does have mental health issues, and it's unclear if she has ever eaten a baby.
