Bothers me that the camera man didn't (at least in video) tell the police /security that she was the aggressor and attacked him. For what it's worth he's also already filming so we don't know what happened before/why he started in the first place . My money is on how fucked up she was acting but you never know I guess

OKay, i watched the video and clearly this woman attacked this guy which led to a fight. She is the one who started the fight, so i dont care what excuse you use, she deserved to get hit back even after she turned her back. True it is not the smart thing to do since we live in such a female worship society (you know damn well if it were two men nobody would be taking issue) but the guy has every right to kick her ass just second after she assaulted him.

I didnt see anyone jumping in to stop to fight, didnt see anyone offering to help, so what is the guy supposed to do, just wait for her to decide to launch another assault when he is not looking again?

How much you want to bet the guy would still be jailed by police even if he sat there and took it? It doesn't really matter to police they are like dogs, trained to think "take down the man he is always the aggressor" very few cops i have seen actually use common sense.

anyways, sad situation but the woman should be facing stiffer charges than the guy. doubt she will even get a hand slap. lovely one that.

He lost the right to defense when she backed away and he pursued more violence, he's just going in for retaliation/revenge. That she went all weird faced and started hitting him is fucked up and she should be punished, but what he did was not self defense.

This has nothing to do with feminism or men's rights or discrimination. The cops acted quite reasonably given the situation they found when they arrived.

First, he couldn't defend himself because he was seated in a corner; second, it was no longer self defense when he retaliated, she was no longer a threat; third, and most importantly, someone probably hit the call button when she started, but cops aren't The Flash. He was the aggressor when they showed up, so this really isn't as bad as it looks.
