In my country, males are forbidden to work in penitentiaries that house females because men would abuse their position. Also having men in power would traumatize the inmates, who, after all, are really victims of the Patriarchy®. However, Woman Are Wonderful, so females can guard males.

While we all know if the gender were reversed here the punishment would be much greater, at least Wales takes female abuse of power seriously.
