A guy on TikTok today commented on a video about a man being harassed by a woman at the gym.

He made a point that he stopped being chivalrous due to all the bigotry being directed at men and I think this is a good idea.

Specifically, the main things that bother me right now, that I think we need to talk about are:

  • The fact that women aren't subject to the draft but men are

  • The fact that the VAST majority of deaths in the work place and dangerous jobs are occupied by men

  • That men are presumed guilty until proven innocent in rape and domestic abuse cases and that women abusers actively exploit this.

  • ... that men are shown prejudice from courts in child custody and alimony hearings.

  • That alimony laws are BROKEN and give women basically slave ownership of their ex-husband to provide for them for infinity.

... so until these issues are addressed, and women insist they are equal to men, and that the patriarchy is abusive, then I suggest we stop ALL benefits from the 'patriarchy'.

  • No more paying for dates

  • No "women and children first" in dangerous situations.

  • No more white knights that run up and help women when they're in dangerous situations where men actively risk their safety for a random woman.

  • No more holding open doors.

  • No more giving up seats for women if there are non available. Maybe the exception should be made for pregnant woman though as that could actively be dangerous for the baby in some situations.

...

I jumped on /r/NoChivalry in case this takes off so that feminists can't steal it...

What do you guys think?
