Reddit as a whole is extremely liberal in its users. They're normally very young, left learning, and nerdy. This includes the mods, and the actual Reddit staff.

They're the exact demographic to be parroting "the message" and agreeing with the media's set views. Any opposing viewpoints there might get deleted and users banned.

It's about advertising and money as well. , anything other than liberalism and feminism is is seen as abhorrent by big tech, the media, and advertising. Every company tows the line in fear of potential financial loss. So a platform that wants to make as much money as possible doesn't want to not tow the line and put off those advertising companies.

It's essentially cancel culture in a nutshell. You see companies sponsor anything remotely right wing, and the twitter army attack and try and destroy that brand completely.

It's as is expected, it's an incredibly biased platform. The TOS are there to protect the companies finances, not any of the users in any way.

Sadly, Reddit is full of young, ignorant, self-proclaimed "leftists" who think they're "sticking it to the man" by supporting feminism. Because the current social discourse is pro woman and anti man. Combine multiple female higher ups in the company with male employees who will go along because disagreeing is risking their jobs, and you get the rules we currently have which are basically any criticism of women by men is bad, but any criticism of men by women or by other men is good.

I don’t mind it. Whining, moaning, blaming and building a consensus to coerce others into doing your will is how women operate, not men.

The decline of males in society is subjective. I think a lot of men are facing systemic issues around expressing themselves, emotions, or any mental health issues. They also are subject to a lot of criticism in schools and young boys are treated statistically worse than young girls and have been for a long time.
