60 to 70 years ago, before the porn classic "Deep Throat" came out, sucking cock was kind of outre. At least according to the zeitgeist of the time, most wives would not suck dick, most girls wouldn't suck dick, unless they were REALLY into you. Was like this in college in the 1980s - a sizable number of girls (probably less than half but still a lot) would not suck dick. Now, pretty much every girl needs to learn how to give a competent B minus - C plus BJ.

Same with pussy grooming. In the 1980s, shaving and waxing down there was something not even most pornstars were doing. Then pornstars started getting Brazilians and trimming, and then shaving and waxing, and it started catching on. In the 1980s when I was in college, most girls were full bush down there and didn't even trim. Some girls were trimming. Now, from what I hear, almost every girl does some girlscaping down there, and most shave or wax.

Porn drove both of those trends, and very effectively, to the point that they are almost universal now.

The reason big dicks are preferred is decidedly NOT a media driven thing. Humans have bigger penises than almost all other primates, for the exact reason that bigger dicked homo sapiens reproduced.

Whenever they do? This isn't something that is forced onto people to accept. Media driven preferences and things that are "trending" are more like suggestions than preferences which only affect the people who choose to be/allow themselves to be affected by them.

There are a lot of people who barely have minds of their own and whose opinions/realities are shaped by whatever comes out of the nearest speaker, so they're more likely to be affected by sexually suggestive messages in the media, and suggestive messages in general.

You mean trends? I think they become “adopted” by generations but most are fleeting. There are certain overriding biological/evolutionary needs that cannot be fully trumped by the Media.
