Not a work of fiction but the "30 For 30" episode Fantastic Lies covers the false rape accusation of the Duke Lacrosse team and it's really well done.

Anyway, there's Wild Things in which the two girls falsely accuse their counselor of rape in order to blackmail him. Oh and also Atonement, although a girl really was raped, she just knowingly accused another person of lower social standing of committing the crime.

In the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer, the guy is falsely convicted of rape (the rape really did happen and the actual perpetrator was a very similar-looking man) and spent I think 20 years in prison before DNA evidence cleared him.

Pretty Persuasion is a film where Evan Rachel Wood's character orchestrates an elaborate false rape accusation against her teacher to get roundabout revenge on her female friend. Very trashy, I loved it.

Not a movie, but in season 4 of The Wire, Randy Wagstaff stands lookout while two guys and a girl have sex in a school bathroom. Later the two guys call the girl a whore and she retaliates by accusing them of rape. Randy gets in trouble for being the lookout.

At the end of Cruel Intentions there's an implied rape claim that's false. Not a movie, but in the ASOIAF books one of Jon's companions at The Wall was having consensual sex with a woman of higher social standing, was caught, and then she accused him of rape to excuse her own behavior.

In S1 or 2 of Orange is the New Black one of the inmates had sex with a guard and when she got pregnant had sex with another guard they all hated with the plan of accusing him of rape to get him fired. The only thing that saved him was that he used a condom and took it with him when he finished.

In Law and Order SVU there is an episode where a teen girl has sex with 2 teen boys (one black one white) and when caught claimed rape. The boys were expelled from school and I think the white boy was attacked by a small mob. The only reason the cops went after her after admitting the sex was consensual was because the black boys dad threatened to go to the media and talk about how, "A white girl falsely accuses a black boy of rape and police wont do anything about it." Somehow the girl is still made out to be the victim when she goes off her meds and plows her car into a crowd, killing one. Things shift from her being a false rape accuser to her being a victim of a faulty mental health care system.
