I know the first response is gonna say something like woman are not just one group and they have varying preferences. This is true but for the sake of the discussion I will generalize and say there are a lot more woman then men that are interested in status Then men. There was a study done saying woman are 4x more sensitive to financial standing than men.

This is quite apparent anecdotally. You see celebrities talk about groupies and how easy it is to get girls once you have clout but you can’t say the same thing the other way around.

I’ve experienced this on a personal level too. Through joining sports teams or being some leader in a activity gained more attention. Obviously on a much smaller scale.
