The premisse is quite simple.

"If men and women here advice to employ adversarial strategies (AKA that don't necessarily benefit the other partner), then is there any form of dating strategy that both works, and is mutually beneficial?"

I personally think the only answer to that question is "chad and stacy" relationships, because both are likely to be eachothers physical best, and that builds a foundation to develop a genuine non transactional connection.

It is hard for me to separate conceding or "different" kinds of attractions from transactional relationships, as i can't spot a big situational difference between a sugar daddy and a funny ugly guy, because in some shape of form they are both trading something else for raw attraction.

And while it may have infinite nuances, i really think the (redacted)pillers are right in this sense, that for genuine attraction is generally kind, and most guys struggling in todays market are the ones not confortable in dating transactionally.

Since the guys who aren't bothered to trade are doing fine it seems, but more traditional (I dare say, normal) 2 person monogamous relationship, i see neither guys or girls who are average in stable ones, they are either kinky/weird, or they are a trainwreck.

That said the older people in my social life are around 30, so i can't say anything about people even older, however this is a common trend at my age/analysis bracket.
