You should be open about your feelings, just don't become a whiney bitch and start treating your gf like your personal therapist. You have to spread that shit out to multiple people.

Women tend to already do that with their family and friends, men seem to think that they can only do it with one person. And it gets exhausting being that dumping ground, maybe guys should stop shitting on other guys for being open so men can spread out their negative feelings to family and friends, the same way women do.
