“Desirability” is dictated by how many ppl, if any, find you desirable.

No one can simply say they’re desirable if there’s been no indication of others finding them desirable. Only other ppl finding you so dictates that.

We can take it a step further and say that the desirability levels of the ppl desiring you is also factored into your overall desirability. For example being desired by a lot of ppl others don’t find too desirable would mean you’re less desirable than someone who is desired by a lot of ppl who others also find very desirable.

Let’s say a study is constructed that mimics speed dating.

The study designers include 500 straight men and women, 250 each, who have to interact speed dating style.

The study designers choose the perfect sample of men and women of varying beauty, varying personality types, varying social lives.

Before the participants are chosen, those interested in participating are asked to complete a questionnaire answering questions about themselves, their social life, their dating life, their values, as well as complete an MBTI and Big 5 personality test.

Assumptions: More men will rate more women fuckable than the inverse. But there can be learnings from who the women choose. And who the men choose for relationships, and which men are choosing that.

After each individual speed date, each participant has to rate the other person by answering these three questions:

  • How physically attractive is the person on a scale of 1-10?

  • Would you consider them for a relationship a second date? YES, NO, IDK?

  • Did you find them sexy or arousing or titillating? YES, NO, IDK?

Each participant will end the study with 249 responses for each question about them.

Then you run some correlative stats based on the pre info (personality type, social profile, beauty level) with the their aggregate scores per the 3 questions.

And boom, we can finally determine to some degree the affect of social status and game on desirability for men.

We can also determine how much of a woman’s personality and man’s split judgment of her way of life means a man will place her in the “would fuck, wouldn’t date” category. And so forth. We can rank participants by the results they received for the three questions.
