Women are more visual than men. They are attracted to beautiful things moreso than men. They like looking at beautiful men and are sexually attracted to them.
Men have far lower standards than women when it comes to beauty in the opposite sex. Men aren't as visual. As long as she looks young enough to bear children and is pretty enough, they're good to go.
Women are more resilient than men.
Men are more stoic than women.
Men can compartmentalize emotions moreso than women.
Men are more likely to concentrate on one thing and excel at it than women.
Women are more likely to see the big picture than men.

Different roles in reproduction. Sperm is continually made, the number of eggs are set right after birth. This, along with pregnancy, means the absolute number of biological children that a man can possibly have is exponentially higher for men. The limit on their ability to procreate is women, a women's limit to procreate is her own body. For example, King Saud had 100+ kids. Apparently the person with the most kids ever had 867 kids. That is pretty much impossible for a woman. To have a 100 kids, a woman would have to be continuously pregnant for 75 years (or slightly less with twins, triplets).

Women have a 100% guarantee that their kids are their own. A man can think he had kids and never had had one, it would have been another man's. But a woman's body has more effect on a kid - everything from drinking during pregnancy, to having STDs, to hormones during pregnancy will effect the kid.

Women tend more towards the social, men more towards systematizing. These are, however, tendencies, not unbreakable laws, and are, in my opinion, reinforced socially to such an degree that it becomes difficult to tell to what extent the individual tends towards a trait naturally and to what extent they're mimicking their expected social role.

They probably have slightly different inborn mental abilities on average, keyword being slightly. One gender could conceivably be more immoral, on average, but again, I've seen no signs of a significant difference. Prove me wrong on either count.

Women seem more prone to emotional outbursts due to hormones, men more violent due to... hormones?

I have more guesses, but they're shaky.

Men sacrifice more for/to have sex with women than women do men. Basically men are getting ripped off in almost every instance of interaction of a sexual nature with women.

I think women are naturally inclined to be more interested in the organic and the social whereas the male brain is going to gravitate towards things outside of the "human" stuff and that's why they dominate STEM fields. I've never seen any feminists try to offer any evidence against this, I've only ever seen them blame it on the patriarchy or social conditioning or something (blaming men basically).

i dont believe there are any differences. the existence of transsexuality supports this. the fact that gender roles are learned supports this.
