I like the study which tried to replicate the results from the dark triad study you mentioned (Carter 2014) with a larger sample size and failed. It showed women of all ages prefer the low DT men over high DT ones.

Another one I like shows that while men and women describe their criteria/important factors for dating as different (women put less emphasis on looks, men claim to not care about money and carreer) when you actually look at the decisions people make, there are no gender differences in the importance of different criteria. For example men significantly underestimated how much they care about carreer/financial decisions while women underestimated how much they care for looks/attraction (though both genders underestimated here, but women more).

Not at all that isn’t at all a good deal. Sex like that can easily turn into a dead bedroom, so men can be said if they are with someone like this. So, all I’m doing is calling it out, which there is nothing wrong with as that isn’t real desire at all.

I suppose it could work if he has a low sex drive, otherwise it would be a bad deal for most men, especially if things aren’t open on his end. Anyway, I understand that you think something even if its low quality is better than nothing at all, but that isn’t a good way to look at it.

Of course, some women will look at it like that, since they didn’t have the struggle and some men can come to look at it like that aswell, after all the struggle they had to endure. So will be ok with taking whatever deal possible no matter how bad. They can be others like me will still call it what it is.
