I'm going to go against the grain here and say my submissiveness 100% has to do with my passiveness. I am an INTP; aside from the theorist trope, a main quality that sets us apart from INTJ's (our brother type) is that we're really fucking lazy, to the point of passiveness. A lot of it is apathy, and a lot of it has to do with our common 9w1 enneagram types (5w4 is my main, and most common for INTP's, but 9w1 is in there somewhere). This means, on the Big 5, we are usually more agreeable and fill in the "warm robot" trope of MBTI.

So yes, passiveness 100% has to do with my natural dispositions in personality. I think it, in part, is because passiveness in my relationship can free up energy for me to use in other pursuits I love (not to say my relationship isn't important, but intellectual pursuits in my free time is what sustains and keeps me sane).

But, I am fully aware that these proclivities do not have anything to do with red pill. As such, the passiveness vs serving spectrum usually leans more toward the right for most of the ladies here on this sub.

I also predict, many of the ladies here derive their own pleasure from the act of submission alone (EDIT: submission is not the same thing as passiveness). I know anecdotally, that is the case for me and has been for as long as I can remember.

Oh, most definitely :)

I definitely think it's really easy for INTP's to fall into a sort of superiority complex with competency. I myself can become very tactless and somewhat callous when I think someone is wrong. People tell me I make them feel stupid, but I do it in such a way that they often want to rise to my expectations rather than just write me off as incompetent. It's kind of odd, and I'm working on toning it down to become more feminine, but I can't even imagine how that same act would be but unrestrained and loaded with a bunch of testosterone.

But of course, MBTI is a very loose categorization tool :) many of the very obvious INTP males over at r/INTP do not enjoy dominance. We're as confined to our MBTI types as we are to our Hogwarts houses. I'm sure you already know that though, as I've seen you talk about it on here before.

Jesus Christ, woman, no wonder you're having issues with this. I definitely think it's still possible, as personality does not dictate one's life (and of course, the validity of MBTI is a bit awry), but I can definitely see how an ENTP female would have a ton of issues fitting into the RPW mold.

RPW is probably most ideal for the XXFJ types, INFP, and maybe ENFP (ESFP as well if she can hone in attention-seeking behaviors). As an INTP, if it wasn't for my quiet meekness, I do wonder if it would be possible for me to fit into the RPW box. Outside of the extremities in my relationship, I am not a RPW really in the slightest.

I do thing that XNTJ women would fair off better than you in this, as at least they usually hold traditionalist values in their methods of thought and analysis... (though ENTJ would probably have lots of trouble as well considering they're natural leaders and would probably want to take the reigns).

But ENTP? You lack the traditionalism of XNTJ's, and you lack the passiveness of an INTP. And through you are usually less leader-like than ENTJ's, ENTP's can often still be very leader-like. I think I have seen a couple ENTP's on this sub, but it's nothing like the stereotypical ESFJ that would be a Stepford Wife. Red Pill is meant to be a toolbox, so you take whatever you see fit anyway, but I understand how this sub can look like hive-mind mentality instead.

So, tl;dr, a person is not condemned to their personality type, but some personality types have certain proclivities that would appeal more so RPW while others don't. And I can completely understand how an ENTP woman would not want to be a stereotypical RPW.

Thank you very much for this explanation. I feel much more understood now. The reason why I was drawn into this subreddit was because I think it’s very unhelpful how people these days often view men and women as the same when they are not. Now the problem I have (and also why the Red Pill is so fascinating to me) is that I understand the science that makes men and women act differently and have different needs but I personally find myself unable to fit into the category of a RPW. So I wondered, if the science backs it up why do I feel so differently? Am I brainwashed by feminism or do I want to be submissive subconsciously?

I guess the truth is that humans are complicated and we can’t all be put into perfectly categorized molds. Like you assumed from my personality type, I don’t value tradition highly and I do enjoy taking the position of a leader.

So thank you again, you were very helpful and I still think there’s a lot of good stuff on this subreddit when it comes to relationships and communication.

I definitely agree. I don't think red pill is at all perfect, but I do think it's better than what's parroted in mainstream society.

I do definitely agree that it is very frustrating that red pill only has two groups of personality: men and women. If you argue with this, more often than not, you get banned. Ffs, MBTI is heavily criticized because it only has sixteen categories.

NT females are often an interesting species. We have masculine minds trapped in feminine bodies. It's very difficult to balance the two when they're ostensibly polar opposites.

Personally, I find it quite comical when I interact with red pill men online. Usually, they'll try to interact with me as if I was an ESFP or whatever, but as they speak to me, it's as if they realize I'm an anomaly or something and then say, "you're different". While they still treat me as a female (as they should), they start treating me like one of the guys as soon as they realize I won't get emotionally triggered and prefer to talk to them logically or even actual, logical debate, and then, they often poor their hearts out to me about their pain. I think they do this because 1) they can't talk about this with other men and 2) the women that they have done this to before are the stereotypical women that have hurt them in the past and have caused them to turn to red pill. I don't say this to brag about being a unicorn or anything (I am definitely not one), but I say this to shine some light on the situation.

Keep in mind, as the years go on that once been on these subs, the ideals become more and more extreme. There is not central dogma or person controlling these subs; it is a collective of people who all have flawed views, just as any other human.

That being said, there is usually an element of truth to most groups. Some more than others, but regardless, a person will have to be a polymath in order to try to find the most rational stance.

You have a good head on your shoulders. Don't get sucked up into any one doctrine. Analyze every little detail of the doctrine and accept/reject whatever you find right, making sure to continue thinking for yourself rather than becoming indoctrinated, no matter how rational the people in each community claim to be or how comfortable you become in these views. No one knows the ultimate truth in the world, so might as well create your own truth. Yes, this includes my words as well. Take everything with a grain of salt, or don't, your choice.

I’m INTP and I take both “red pill” and the mbti categories as helpful but extremely limited general descriptions. People who get really, really into either one can be...limiting themselves, or even use as excuses for their behavior. Mostly they are useful for self-improvement, especially if you are a self-aware person. For example, I am also a 9w1, and that helped me to realize I had bad feelings about my husband when he was gone too much for work—just his physical presence washed all that away, without addressing any “problems,” mostly which I had made up in my mind. Once I realized that it was easier to reasonably dismiss my complex elaborate framework of complaints. If the problems persisted when he had a reasonable schedule, then I brought it up.

I’m married to an INTP and we go our own way and do our own thing (together). I accept my femininity to his masculinity mostly because I accept my objective biology and all that entails.

I like being a woman and find being content in that physical state satisfying and fulfilling. In that sense I suppose we have different philosophical presuppositions. I believe people can determine a lot of their fate in life, but we still have limitations and boundaries—the ability to captain our fate isn’t boundless, and we can’t do anything we will.

Obviously if “my biology” turned against me and produce aberrant cells or unmanageable pain I would seek medical treatment. So far, everything works as it should.

(ETA: I would never describe myself as “red pill” or taking the pill or whatever; I think a lot of people figure this stuff out on their own without ever stumbling on this corner of the internet. I think as a philosophy it oversimplifies male and female relations. But it’s very useful for concrete advice for certain situations. Same for personality typing; it’s not dogma, just organizing general information you can take or leave, according to your situation)

I use the Moleskine Passions notebooks for handwritten recipes. It looks gorgeous and my Captain has commented several times about my beautiful handwriting (it's really not great) and how I am the only woman he has ever met who has handwritten recipe books. There is a space where I can add notes about which dishes are his favourites. I like the fact that he admires the effort I put into my recipe collection. He also says that my handwritten books are a piece of family history and I must teach our kids everything I know about cooking and baking.

In the past, we used to use index cards, stored in recipe boxes, for handwritten recipes. Those are very compact as well.

I do use Living Cookbook software for saving recipes and meal planning. It's excellent for event planning and to generate shopping lists.

Knitting and crochet are very useful and relaxing, especially if you can come by yarn free or cheap! But the toddler will pull out the needles and make you cry if you forget to put it away. It is quicker to put away than scrapbooking stuff, but you can still get confused if you get to the stage where you do complicated lacy patterns.

I really enjoy foraging, because it can be done with kids and I am a total glutton and nature lover. So that's study yourself during evenings, then have fun with kids by day. All you need is a book, that's put of sight in seconds. If you do mushrooms, get many books. They are a bit harder than nuts and herbs and berries.

Embroidery is very cheap (unless you buy kits) because you can do it with regular threads and yarns, but it gets pricey if you follow official charts and patterns. Easy to put away! And you can pimp your apron :-p

Drawing is nice, you can draw picture books for your kids (laminate them for kid proofing). Or writing, too.

If you have basic sewing skills, you can make some puppets for the kids.

Or just read :-)
