When I first started really picking up redpill techniques (after a long blue pill period) I found this would happen with my (still) bluepill friends. The worst offender was a 26 year old virgin who tried to drunkely kiss girl I brought to a party while I was in the bathroom.

It's an unfortunate reality you just have to deal with. You can maintain damage control by simply just being more alpha (lifting, dressing well, good charisma, having your life together, in short-just being a confident guy).

If you're a confident guy and the girl you're with isn't a complete whore, she'll probably find a way to dodge the situation. Women turn down men all the time right? Well why can't she turn down some horny loser who's posing as your friend? Any guy who goes after women who his friends are dating clearly can't get any tail on their own and is an ultimate display of thirst.

Now one might say "Why not just ditch the friend? Fuck him." But there's also the complications of causing drama in the social circle. Personally I've dealt with this shit before. Dave is a fucking loser who keeps trying to seduce your girlfriend. But John and Grant like hanging out with Dave. You tell John and Grant that you think Dave fucking sucks and don't get why they hangout with him. He's a backstabbing shit head.

Well then John and Grant aren't going to call you to hangout now when Dave is around.

All you can really do in these cases is hope that your friends realize the loser friend is a fucking piece of shit through first hand experience. (Perhaps he steals one of their girls or something or pulls some sketchy shit in a larger social situation like a party). Although the types of dudes who stay loyal to a Dave are usually not very smart and tolerate this kind of shit in their friend circles.

There's also another option relatable to the idea of "staying alpha" where you plan things continuously for your social circle without inviting the Dave type character. Plan a weekend get away camping with your friends and invite EVERYONE except Dave. Make sure it's a fucking blast too. Your friends will naturally be more inclined to prioritize you over Dave and eventually he'll be flushed out of the social circle into obscurity.

It's also good to be involved with multiple social circles so that when things fall apart with one (they will) or just want to avoid a group's toxic bullshit for a while, you'll have some backup friend groups to hang with.

There's also the option of just not surrounding yourself with toxic people. I'm a pretty extroverted guy and used to fucking hate it when I had no plans on the weekend. I would get FOMO if I had some obligation and all my friends were going to a cool party. But I find that in my late 20's I kind of care less about the "squad" and kind of jump social circle to social circle.

I would argue that it isn't really ignored. Most people who come here start off as low value people with low value friends and a low value life. While putting in the time and effort to become a high value person, you see your low value hobbies and low value friends start to be replaced with better people.

It's a crab in the bucket mentality, when you surround yourself with high value people you are less likely (not 100%) to experience that because they value brotherhood and honor more than pussy because they're not nearly as thirsty. They know they can get what they want without having to poach it from a brother.

Women would still get away with hypergamy just fine though. Plenty of other social circles to branch swing to, they get approached all the time by randoms, and there's always POF and Tinder.
