Recently there have been some discussions about how redpill behavior in the media/arts can not be used as proof of its effectiveness. I partially agree.

However, it is undeniable that art made by women (and a lot of men) today, if analyzed correctly, shows you the prevalence of blue pill thinking in our society.

Take for example, Meghan Trainor's Dear Future Husband. This song is an egregious example of the expectations modern women have of their spouses and would scare off most rational men on this sub.

It's an arrogant display of entitlement and princess mentality in its every word.

Interesting observations:

  • The song is comprised of a long lists of demands that her future husband has to accomplish in order to get to kiss her or have sex with her.

  • Naturally, she flaunts her independent woman status by by saying she's got a job too and is proud of the fact that she never learned how to cook:

    You got that 9 to 5 But, baby, so do I So don't be thinking I'll be home and baking apple pies I never learned to cook

  • The only time in the song in the song where she says what she can offer her husband is when she mentions she'll buy the groceries from time to time:

    'Cause if you'll treat me right I'll be the perfect wife Buying groceries Buy-buying what you need

Please read the rest of these lyrics, they are all just as bad. This shit is so disgusting I can barely believe she is being serious. This is almost a parody. However a quick look at the Youtube comments proves that people are taking this shit seriously, and this Trainor character is a serious singer/songwriter. My sister listens to this shit.
