TL;DR Patience is a sign of maturity and is what it takes to become successful.

I'm just posting this as a reminder to myself and to you guys that after you take massive action to change your life, patience is what it takes to reap the rewards.

You're not going to go from friend zoned, cuckolded husband, fedora collector to instantly being ripped Chad overnight.

What we see in modern life is the culture of RIGHT NOW. Communication is instant, A.I. can take voice commands for your porn tastes, fast-food is everywhere, plastic-surgery can be financed, you can have anything you want to eat delivered, and the women you want to date are going from 0-100 in sexual partners in no time.

I get it. I know the anxiety.

Let's take lifting for an example. It takes a significant amount of time that has to be invested to focus on nutrition, lifts, and rest. You might not see results for weeks. You can't buy physique. Your mother can't give it to you.

Another example is skills. You have to put in the 10,000 hours to develop marketable skills. You want a doctor who's put in the work, right?

So many things in life can be engineered to be enjoyed right away, but the real message of my post is that if you haven't adapted the mindset that patience is important - you're going to get fucked when you are met with things in life that force you to put in the effort over a prolonged amount of time.
