Getting back on track with my diet and lifting (although I'm still on a trip so the gym isn't too great here). Once I get back it will be even more stricter, after lifting for almost 6 years I'm finally seeing some more defined abs because of taking the cuts more seriously and I'm really happy about that.

What I still need to improve is limiting my time spent on internet doing absolutely nothing. Also gotta step up my social game this semester.

I'm halfway through No More Mr. Nice Guy. I've started taking better care of myself in many ways. I've found safe people to talk to about my progress, and I'm consciously working on NOT avoiding disapproval from women. I've started putting my needs before those of anyone else. My goal is to be done with devouring NMMNG by midweek next week. Not working on ANYTHING else while I finish this, apart from maintaining a calorie deficit every day.

This update is earlier than I'd like it to be. I like my updates to have intervening time.

Good: Working on approach game. Speaking to a few girls I find attractive every day. The apprehension is going away. I don't outwardly show signs of nervousness anymore. I see the nervousness in them more than me anymore.

Gym is life, I live there.

Added two sexual encounters to belt. Both were my first post TRP encounters. They went smooth as butter. Shit tests were easy when I recognized them for what they were, not real questions. Met them, had a few drinks, kino, escalate, venue change, escalate, break through LMR, F-close. Like clockwork, but i was a little disappointed on how easy it was. Once the nerves are gone, It was natural.

Went out and saw the world more than I normally would.

The bad: I ate like garbage this week. I feel like i'm slipping into bad eating habits again. But the weight loss is still the same.

I actually was going through a relapse this whole week and yesterday I changed up and situated myself, went out and treated myself, went out to eat, got a haircut, had a really nice chat with the barber, and took my new gym membership to use and lifted at midnight and a good tone excercise (night lifting is great for meditating thoughts which a lot of us looking for advice here really needs including myself) all my troubling thoughts that we're confusing me that day all fit together like a puzzle and I realized I was panicking about silly stuff the whole time and learned basically long story short, if you chill out and do you more often, things will be okay. I found that "good vibes only" is a great mentality to have, you don't even need to do anything too extreme just little stuff can boost your mood, last night I gave a homeless man a dollar after he asked and when he was being greedy and asked for another I politely refused but I still said best of luck to him and didn't let it bother me, then had a really nice chat chat with the cashier lady when I went I to pay for gas. That whole night It really helped me with that "feeling alive" feeling which is a great mood booster and then I went on a good drive with good music playing I felt like taking the long way home that day. I even saw an old friend with some other chick (two of which aren't options for me) and felt confident and said hi, not like I was trying anything, I felt it would be good social practice I was being playful around my friend and her bestie (who put out bad vibes from the start) said "that's kinda creepy" if that was old me from a month ago I would have called it a night and cuddled up in my bed thinking nothing but bad about myself but I didnt this time I felt good I didn't let it bother me. I said to myself (fuck you if you don't vibe with me that's your problem I won't vibe with you simple as that) Because I still had that "idgaf" stride which we all really need to have, and plus I knew my friend on the inside knew I was no trouble and that's really what I only cared about, I couldn't care less if other irrelevant biddie called me "creepy" I have countless other people who I can go to and tell me I'm not, I took my mistakes and instead of getting fixated I said "oh well lesson learned". Last night was a great night for me

I had three assignments due yesterday night. Each require 2000 words. I managed to finished them all, while managed to excercise for 2 times this week and spent time cooking, cleaning my apartment. Felt pretty accomplished as a person, though. :)

I'll keep future post short and to the point, but this one is longer than most because its my first post on the "progress thread"

Its been a half assed first year on the redpill. I can almost say I picked and choosed the principles that were easiest to accomplish

Here's a few things I decided to start this week CONSISTENTLY.

I've been way to late to work quite often, I've cut that out and have been early to work the last 2 weeks. This has helped cut out that sense of guilt I felt every morning

Coffee for a more productive day at work the last 2 weeks.

I cut all social media (except snapchat) and this has helped me greatly at reducing time wasting. This for the last 2 weeks.

Lifting everyday, this one is obvious and has been a great mood improver. 1 week

100% strict diet 1 week

although I enjoy pulling exerpts from the Bible, I have genuinely started to listen to the audio version of the Bible everyday when I go walk my dog. 1 week.

The good:

Started up in the "Strength & Stretch" class. We did this drill with cards, where each suit was assigned an exercise & we did the number of that exercise per card flip, push ups, jump squats, shit like that. In my group of 8, 2 simply couldn't keep up, 1 struggled with a shoulder injury, 1 was bad ass, and 2 I pushed pretty hard. We got to talking about age....the 2 I pushed were close to their 21st birthdays. I'm 45. It was a nice little boost, hearing these two talk about what excellent shape I'm in.

Glad I'm taking a couple classes. Good excuse to go to campus, and although I'm now a professional, I don't use math enough. I took 5 years out of the workforce to get a mathematics degree.....I need to continue to learn mathematical computing. I've grown very happy about being a mathematical technician....I mostly leave proofs to others.

The bad:

Got somewhat behind in my math class, will catch up this weekend. Drank a bit too much. I basically have a 4 pack....another 2-3% loss of fat and I'd be damned close to ripped.

Plus I'm being a fucking coward. I'm getting major IOI's these days. I swear I've been getting "will you hit on me already" vibes from good looking younger women. I need to pull the goddamn trigger.

Plate theory is intimidating. I could get a traditional monogamous girlfriend. I'm entirely uninterested in riding that roller coaster any time soon.....so I know, I need to get 2 plates in the air. I've never been successfully non-monogamous, but I've never really tried.

Cleaned the house in prep for September. Wake up 4am-5am this week more consistently. Started meal prepping. Finally started reading. Optimizing work outs. Went to a bar for the first time last night! Failed to get 2 girls but got a waitress's number who was ironically the best looking.

Now I'm still not feeling there yet. But, I'm working so hard. I want to do more.

Decided on looking for a quality gym with free weight like my old one instead of this shitty mcdonalds-esque planet fitness i go to. Got a few digits. Rededicated myself to just reading and applying as much of high quality top posts/sidebar as possible. Made a lot of connections and i'm starting to realize what networking really is.

Hello, lost 5lbs of fat, gained 4lbs of muscle, 17.6% body fat down from 19.8. Went out this last weekend and approached around 10 women, 3 of them were receptive and good looking, i actually had fun drinking and dancing with them which is very unusual for myself. (Probably the confidence form dieting and seeing results) looking forward to another 2 weeks of 1500 calories every day and losing even more fat!

Good things are happening because I put the leg work in to make them happen

Lookie who got his first girlfriend. And his first kiss and his first lay all within the same week. That's right. The (now former) kissless virgin ginger sperglord who lives at home with his mum who has a broken leg. The girl in question just turned nineteen, has an adorable face with one of the best rear ends I've ever seen and studies art at a local TAFE, which is kinda Australia's equivalent to a community college. I know a flag redder than my hair when I see one, but I'm not one to back down from a good challenge. Besides, she can draw really fuckin well. She even drew a portrait of me and even used an orange highlighter to colour my hair. Ha ha. Despite never being in a relationship before, I've taken the lead and presented myself as some kind of half-joking know-it-all who doesn't take himself too seriously. I think back to when I was a kid and I had this youthful, boyish energy to carry me through the days. That's how I'm keeping the ball rolling in my relationship. I know I sound dreary when I type, but in real life it's a whole different story.

Oh, yeah, and I got my first kiss on the second date, fooled around on the third, got my first BJ on the next and spent a whole night fucking in a motel room a week later. It was awkward, yeah, but hell fun. Christ, man, what was I missing out on in my teen years? It's also like I can feel my blood pressure dropping. I'm not expecting this relationship to last, and I'm pretty sure she's feeling the same way, but hey, it's great to finally get some romance for once in my life while I'm still young. And don't worry, even though I'm in a relationship for the first time in my life, I'm actively fighting oneitis and am prepared to drop her if she gets up to any mischief on a girl's night out.

Perhaps I should just write a whole fuckin field report on this shit.

Oh, yeah, and I've still been busy working and studying for Uni on top of all of this despite my relationship status and my broken leg. I haven't skimped on any of that.

But it's not all good news

My broken leg requires a fuckload of surgery to fix. Health insurance in Australia is pretty good, but it's still gonna put a dent in my savings.

I've also maybe kinda sorta lied about some, uh, negligible tidbits about my past to my girlfriend. I admitted that I've never been in a relationship before, but I also said that I've only had a few flings here and there (lol) and that I lost my virginity to some British chick at a school camp when I was fourteen (lol). Feels more like a balancing act than an actual relationship, but whatever.

I also fell off track with my diet by eating McDonald's and pizza for three days in a row.

I'm also on a 5 day fast right now. 2 days into.

This summer (standard High School summer, June-August) I've lost 16lbs.

Maintained the weight over the last 4 weeks for mental health reasons, and today forced myself to re-install and begin using my favorite calorie counting app - as my school year is about to begin which will make my life become more disciplined/cyclic, thus making the calorie counting easier for me.

I have poor discipline, but I'm proud that I made myself do it.

First week back at uni was absolutely fucking amazing.

Spent the entire summer hard bulking, lifting. I gained significant mass. So much to the point where all my old classmates and friends said they couldn't recognize me.

Last year almost no girls would acknowledge me. Within the first 3 days of school 3 different girls asked me for my snapchat, because they thought I was cute.

It really caught me off guard. I actually thought they were playing jokes on me. Then I started noticing when I'd walk into my class rooms all the girls would look at me and smile as I walked by.

Lifting (and heavy bulking) really changed my life. I actually feel like a man now. I've never felt anything like this before.

Have been killing it at the gym.

Am Vice President of my student organization which had its first event this week, and had a turnout of 160 people!

Joined a second club for my hobby, and at the first meeting I was probably more social than I've ever been, at one point had a group of 8 girls hanging on my every word as I told stories.

Just all around have FINALLY been beating my social anxiety and am learning to talk with everyone around me.

Hitting the gym because now that I'm finished seasonal work. Was expecting my rep maxes to have suffered, but surprisingly I have more or less maintained them. I can still bench 100kg, squat 140kg and deadlift 180kg. Need more work on biceps.

Drinking and smoking heavily the last few weeks. I've made women my goal, which is probably why I'm getting none. Started on Tinder last week, lots of good matches, but too direct when asking for number, not properly comfort/sexual building. That being said good physique has led to a lot of IOI's. However, when I go out to the bar I have a tendency to annoy for some reason.

I'm still a bit lost when it comes to my mission. Just want to get laid tbh, its hard to get over that.

This week has been a wreck, moved to a new country two weeks ago without knowing anyone, talking the local language but at least I had flat and a job.

Positivie:

Still hitting the gym as planned.
Pretty loyal to the diet.
Went to a facebook group meeting with english speakers although I wouldn't bond with 99% of the people in there I at least tried.

Negative:

Oneitis, which was almost fine, got worse.
Generally depressed because of first reason, sometimes I feel just like packing my stuff and going back home.

Realized I have still much work to do, mentally mostly. If I want to change my life I have to change myself I suppose.

Even though I've been reading TRP for a long time if you don't take action it doesn't mean shit, I have a lot to do but I hope I'm in the good path and shit gets better the next days.

Lost 10lbs since my break up in June, started TRP practices and way of life, and god damn does it feel good. Gymming consistently after my wrist injury during snowboarding, being social as fuck, not giving a shit about what random strangers think, maintaining a good frame and being the life of the party. I thought I had it figured out until something happens.

I'm going to continue to do me and chase my mission, but I'm sorry TRP I let my beta out when I started to click with a girl at work. She was recovering from her ex and we vibes pretty well so we hang in group settings, individually, and i don't know, my blue pill instinct kicked in of taking care of her. But I said I was crushing on her, but she told me she wasn't over her ex and saw me being a life time friend. So fuck it, I said what I needed to say and not wait a minute more, now I can continue to focus on my mission and not stray away from my path.

Hobbies are slowly becoming more apparent in my life. Photography, socks , watches, and generally traveling around the areas I live. But fuck it, ima do me and continue to lose weight and be charming and social, and if some girl comes, then so be it. But now it's time to move the fuck on, no more girls, just mission in mind.

I gained a little muscle from 2 months of gym, not much but I got a bit of this muscular upper body shape and my girlfriend is impressed, sex is wilder and shes getting a bit jealous when I hang with other females. But more importantly, shes much more obedient and makes me feel good most of the time. TRP made my relationship solid. I've been making an effort to "get myself out there" and be more social lately. I'm pretty introverted and tend to get into a reclusive state and can get really content with it since I like being alone and doing things by myself. It just feels liberating and free. However, I realize this isn't a great habit for making new friends, relationships and connections.

I have a new roommate who's pretty cool, we have a lot of hobbies and interests in common and is a part of a pretty big social circle.. So I'm stoked to be having him as a roommate during college.

Last night, I got tickets to see a pretty big band in the underground music scene I frequent. An old friend's band was opening so I saw him and some other old heads from the music scene and caught up.. I also met a drummer at the show who's looking to get a band going so we exchanged numbers (I'm a guitarist). I don't know if I'll pursue it because I have a lot on my plate all ready with school, my job, and hobbies I'm pursuing more passionately than music.. But it still felt good to make the connection.

After the show, another friend from school hit me up about a party. I was kind of tired and drunk but said "fuck it", linked up with him and drank a little bit at his crib and went over to the party. Not too many cute girls there, but it was still fun.. A classmate from school came through with leftover pizza from his work which was the shit cause all I could think about was "Damn I'm so hungry right now but I ate out earlier and shouldn't be spending so much on take out."

All in all had a great friday night. Also scheduled a date with this girl from my hometown who recently moved to the city I'm living in. I feel pretty confident there's some established attraction so I'm looking forward to the date.. Even if it doesn't go my way, she's still fun and pretty chill to hangout with so it'll be good to see her.

Recently decided to move toward a plant based vegan diet (no homo) and have made a commitment to learn and make a new recipe once a week from scratch. Been having a lot of fun in the kitchen the past few weeks learning new things. Plus, chicks love guys who cook mad good food.

Decided to drop porn and masturbation too (for a little while at least) and have been seeing positive effects from it. I just feel like I have more energy and less lethargic. Sometimes I would waste like 2 hours of my day just fapping and seeing how long I can go / searching for that perfect 0:03 seconds in a raunchy porn video to nut to. I've gone 1 week so far without masturbating.

The Good

Got a second job that works well with my first one.
Both jobs are restaurant jobs and I get free meals so I no longer buy groceries.
Taking a placement test next week and then I finally start college.
On track to pay off all my debt including my brand new car that I kept from my wife bailing.
I'd say I've entered monk mode, completely cut everyt ing out from necessity. A girl from the shop next door has been bringing me icecream every day for 2 weeks. Today I finished it, and she wrote her number at the bottom. Feels good.
Got a haircut and have gotten more compliments than I can count. I'm in relatively okay shape, I'm hygienic, clean cut, and got some new clothes for work. It's easy to be above average.
Making decent money, on track to start school, finishing these dumb domestic violence classes in January. Life is looking better.

** Not so good **

I'm not so sure how long I can do this before I burn out. I work 70 hours a week, am attempting to do college fulltime soon, and I've been lifting before work every day. I've slowly turned into a machine, where everything is down to the second. Trying to just not think about it.
I catch myself thinking about my wife sometimes. It'll probably take a while before she's out of my thoughts completely.

** the bad **

I don't really have anything to put here to be honest. Diet has been on point, been exercising, been working and making money, and I've been preparing for school. The only concern is when I'll burn out. Hopefully I can make it through 1-2 years of doing this, get my associates and get an internship at a good company that will pay more with normal hours.

Extremely social mood. quite easy talking to strangers now.

Absolutely killing some social interactions. all attention on me, hanging on my every word. everyone trying to talk to me.
Some of the guys are starting to give me shit like saying i'm not Alpha. they are getting intimidated by me.
This HB10 kinda checking me out. like going for a high-five with me and complimenting my strength (Monster) at a gym session.
Also these 2 chicks trying hard as fuck to get my attention while I worked out. they started workout out obnoxiously close to were i was deadlifting (they were between my squat rack and theirs). Then saying they were almost scared how strong i was. meanwhile I'm pretty much ignoring them and only focusing on getting my sets done. then i go away to get some water and when i come back they're standing almost over my bar talking. (again, trying to get me to acknowledge them.) to top it all of, when im unloading the bar they start to pack their stuff and leave themselves. they tried to time me leaving with them! little did they know i wasn't done with my workout. I left my dark triad type girlfriend after 3 months. Was tired of her shit of trying to make me into a beta doormat. I just said fuck it and started cold approaching again and I must say it feels good. There's a small void in me which sometimes invokes a bit of nostalgia for the ex, but I know I just have to replace it with a new girl.

Also started reading books on Machiavellian type of stuff. Planning on reading the Prince from the man himself. I'm also carefully analysing my behavior so I can adjust it to not giving a fuck mentality.

Worked out all summer, almost met my goal of a planche pushup, can do a front lever. Got laid with 6's twice last month, after a dry summer. Picked up drawing and writing.

Need to work more on frame. Finally have a direction in life, some ambition.

Made my first real cold approach on Saturday night. It was awkward and didn't go anywhere but I finally broke through the approach anxiety I've had my whole life. Recently I've relied entirely on social circle game but after making that cold approach it sort of clicked for me, why do any of us give a fuck?

Honestly it's funny to think about how awkward that approach was and how not into the girl was. I'm planning on more approaches this weekend when I go out and am proud that I actually walked up to a pretty girl who I'd never met before and started a conversation.
