My career has moved me around a lot.

I've moved from city to city, in search of my soulmate. I'm no expert on History degrees, but I don't believe they're so import that they're overwhelmed with job offers. It certainly doesn't seem like she's in demand, career-wise She's in Lubbock of all shitholes, for crying the fuck out loud. I can see her winding up in El Paso next.

That $28k Adjunct Professor position isn't going to be pay off the staggering student loan debt she's carrying. She definitely needs a soulmate to pay off her debt and pay for the lifestyle, big house, exotic vacations, and shopping she deserves.

I can't respect you if you don't have goals. You don't necessarily have to have a PhD.

I can't respect you or "fall in love" with you if you're not rich.

I used to have an unreasonable list of requirements for the ideal man I deserve. I've matured into a woman who has realistic needs. What do I bring to the table? I'm fun, smart, accomplished, deserving of the best life (you) have to offer, and like sex (only until after the kids are born).

I deserve and demand a man who is tall, obedient, and rich. I have a PhD after all, in history. I'm not rich, but I'm accomplished. So accomplished I can't even afford to be a Sugar Mama or a Cougar at 31. Hell, I can barely afford my daily living expenses. I need a rich man to be able provide the resources I'll need to be a cougar in 3-7 years.

Men's magazines are encouraging men to be single and even teaching them ways to break up with women

OMG, OMG, OMFG! These magazines need to be banned. They are hateful and mysogynistic against women. They are encouraging men to deprive us of the love we deserve.

I sit on the couch with a glass (a couple of bottles and one glass) of wine and my cats, and feel sorry for myself every night.

In addition to her low income and high debt, she spends a significant portion of her money on alcohol. No red flags here.

TL:DR

Arrogant woman with a useless degree believes that she's now entitled to the top tier men, even though her life is imploding not so slowly. She is selfish, boring, physically unattractive, lacking in tact and manners, and is extremely unprofessional.

Ted Talks was nor intended as a platform to be used to whine about personal failures. She's a woman though, so it's okay. Note that she made no mention of this issue being a plight of women; she's the sole unlucky soul to whom life is cruel.

She thinks that by abusing the Ted platform, she'll be able to cast a wider net, and will have top tier suitors rushing to Lubbock to woo her. The opposite is the truth. She's presenting herself as a loser and huge liability who is eager to sink her hooks into any man stupid enough to consider dating her. This strategy is no different from the selfies of expensive restaurant meals and wine, and vacations. Marketing yourself as a dangerous financial liability is what attracts men.

Expect to see more of these presentations as an evolution for the insightful and witty roastie vloggers. Attacks and blame on men will of course, increase on future presentations. This woman surprisingly, didn't attack men. She's still feeling sorry for herself, and the anger hasn't kicked in yet.

She's out all her cards on the table. To the undiscerning, she's an accomplished and has a successful career. In reality she has huge debt, with nothing going for her, and nothing to offer.

She can't compete with the Texas Tech coeds now. She couldn't compete with with the coeds during her student career. She was and is pump and dump caliber only. She only has has a few years left before men won't even look at her.

She's seriously out of shape. She was wheezing withing two minutes of being on her feet. Goddamn Ted and their standing policy. We need to do something about this, because it's hard on women. Women DESERVE not to have to remain on their feet for twenty minutes straight.

Don't be surprised if the standing rule is changed. For women only, of course. Equality.

I didn't mention that she's overweight. She's in Texas. Everything's bigger in Texas, literally. She's not (yet) morbidly obese, so she's above average in tier, albeit on a very low standards scale. She's going to have a world of health problems after she lets herself go, after she starts supplementing her wine with comfort food, in a few years.

She really fucking put out a blatant "I'm available" plea at the end. I expect she had her IG and dating profiles listed at the end of her "presentation".

Notice that her political views are second in her priority list. And her justification for not wanting a man who does not believe in her ideology is that she does not like to argue. She does not mention anything about being nice and respectful to her guy even if she disagrees with him. This is the main reasons why she is single. Not just because she's fat or thinks she's smart or that she's old. It's because she is arrogant, insufferable, uncompromising and unfeminine.
