Some freebies: Let her move out and abandon the marital home. Get your own checking ASAP, move your direct deposit into it. If you have a joint account make sure she doesn't drain it. Freeze your credit so she cannot open any CC's in your name. If you have joint cards, call in and say they were lost, get new cards, keep the physical ones that show up in the mail. Delete FaceBook, hit the gym (harder this time faggot), and lawyer up.

If you've been looking at usage do you also know the content of those texts? I don't see any signs of logic in your post?

Second thought is texts don't eat up data - Snapchat and other photo/video forms of communication certainly do...

Get your head straight OP before you launch yourself into some course of action you can't unfuck. Your story makes no sense. Txt doesn't eat data, txt traffic without context doesn't mean shit.

How hilarious would it be if you're on the moon with apoplectic rage and you find out they're txting about a birthday gift for you.

To give you an example of how your presumptions can go.

Either update your post with some real information or take a breath and get some counseling to deal with your emotional issues.

Maybe there is something there, maybe there isn't, but your post reads like someone who's operating completely outside any rational basis.

She doesn't need a legal document granting her permission to move out. What you're talking about is a motion you'll have to file titled: Motion for Exclusive Use and Occupancy of the Premises. These are only granted (1) if one party has already moved out voluntarily, (2) if there is violence between the parties, or (3) if there are children involved and the hostility between the parties is affecting the well-being of the children.

That said, here's some advice.

If you're going to chew her out, as /u/JDRoedell said, don't do it over text. This makes you look like a wuss. Be a man. Say it to her face. Also, why would you chew her out in a written forum that she could then show to a judge? Idiocy. If you say anything negative or try to address these issues, either pay an attorney to draft it for you (because you obviously can't write tactfully yourself) or do it in person to minimize the risk of being recorded.
How do you get from "Sure it could be nothing" to "I'll talk to my lawyer"? It sounds to me like you got butthurt with no real evidence of anything happening and she's thinking, "Geeze, that idiot's so insecure ... maybe I should hook up with his friend. He's probably a much higher-value man anyway." Let me re-word that to make this clearer: You're the one who is causing this problem. She's just being her normal self. You've given her nothing to work with and decided to chew her out and lawyer-up for her being a girl. If she actually cheated and you have proof, great ... I get it. But you're flying off the handle over nothing.
Upvote to /u/SteelToeShitKicker because I get the impression that you've made no progress here. Since February? In 3 months, from June to September, I pulled my bench up by over 100lbs. You've had 7 1/2 months. The internal confidence from getting buff should, even with no other improvements, have put you in a stable enough spot to handle this crap, yet here you all getting butthurt. Even if your lifts have gone up, you've made no progress in any other area. Why? Because this vent session proves it:

Can't AA (or you would have told us about it when you responded to her crap excuses)
No amused mastery (butthurt = the exact opposite)
No abundance mentality (because you say you want her gone, yet care way too much that she's leaving)
Haven't read WISNIFG (if you had, you'd know how to fog/broken record through this stuff) ... or if you did, you didn't understand a single word

As far as divorce input goes, I don't nearly have enough information to provide any help. Length of marriage? Kids? Incomes for each of you? Assets? There are just too many variables not given. The best I can say is to file your motion for exclusive use and occupancy right away so she can't move back in part way through.

If you have already filed for divorce you can easily subpoena the phone records. Since you did not know this I assume you have not really filed for divorce.

Why should you care who your stbx is fucking? Don't you remember that she's not yours it was just your turn. Maybe your mad that you can't find someone else to fuck you as quickly, or that she wouldn't fuck you and is instantly taking it up the ass from this guy.
