Set up the gym equipment in storage. That way you can get out of the apartment to go lift. No room in storage? Get a bigger unit or get rid of stuff.

If you are worried about Covid, find a 24 hr gym and workout when there’s nobody there. Wipe down everything before you use it with antibacterial wipes. Problem solved.

Where do you live? The White House?

1) stop fearing COVID. How many people have gotten it from a gym? Like zero?

2) you have equipment. Setup equipment. Workout. Put away equipment. What’s your LTR going to do? Move? Then you’ll just have more space for equipment!

You’re just looking for excuses. Solve the problem.

What state are you in that gyms aren't open? I'm in a blue state, but even our gyms are open at limited capacity.

I'm with cloudy_pirate. Get a bigger storage unit and set that up as your personal gym. If all the gyms in your area are closed, you can run it as an illicit gym for your friends. Your apartment sounds tiny, I wouldn't want a bench and olympic bar sitting my living room. That's my frame though. Sounds like you're living in your girlfriend's frame, not your own.

Last, you said you own your apartment and it's your biggest asset, but you're not willing to sell it to rent something bigger. Do you own or rent? I don't know about you, but I'd want to live in a place where I can actually store and use my stuff regardless of if I was in a relationship or not.

Back: Lift heavy shit like a trash can - Put it back down - Repeat

If you are going to delay lifting diet the fuck out of yourself. No gainz to fret over. Get on PSMF and stay on it until you are around 12-14bf%.

I had COVID late June. Worked from home and skipped the gym four solid weeks. Got back at in in July.

I did cancel a vacation with my parents .. they're 75-80. No reason to risk it on their behalf IMO. But they go out to a bar every now and then anyway.

How enclosed are your parents? Do they ever go out in public?

On the space issue ... personally I'd hate to be cramped up in my own space with a bench and bar if I want to sit down and relax. Options are all over this thread... Get a storage unit for your equipment; pretty cheap and easily available gym right there. Or just go to a 24/7 gym when nobody is there. Some of the workout anytime places will do $250 for a 2 year membership if you pay cash up front.

Saw the bed in half and throw away the wife's half, to make room for a power rack. There's no longer room in the bed for the wife, she can sleep on the sofa or the floor - who cares?

You're living in HER FRAME. Is her value higher than yours? Why you have her feelz of being crowded as being more important than your being swole and juicy? I'd move them in without warning to make a point to be honest, and then still go to the gym anyway. Just wouldn't act unnecessarily rude or butthurt.
