Age 34, 180cm/5'11, 180lbs. Married 10 years. Kids 3,5 and 6 yrs. Good physique (although working on BF to show more abs). Company on the right track.

So the question at hand is if I'm just fooling myself into thinking I have frame. There is quite a lot of focus on sex within MRP, which in a sense is the response variable for a successful marriage/MRP-journey. But I don't feel I have had issues with sex for most of my marriage. It's the other shit I have issues with.

Been a mix of beta-alpha, but more toward beta for sure. Worked my ass off from 2017 to 2022. During that time wife stayed home with the kids, but she did it out of guilt. She didnt actually want to stay at home for so long, but she didnt communicate it to me and got resentful and slightly depressed. During 2022 she told me it was "her turn now" to work and I was to stay home with the kids. She wanted me to burn the company down (still does), so she can do her thing. I agreed to put the kids in daycare for a few hours a week and I reduced my hours so that she could work. She started to work and immediately got a crush on a coworker.

Fast forward today, she still works at the same place and is working extreme hours - more than I did when I started my own company. Barely see her. I do basically all chores, cook food, take the kids to school/daycare. Anyway, I have the feelz from time to time which I communicate to her, turns the relationship upside down. Been doing that quite a few times during last year. Is this bad? Should I ignore what I feel/communicate to her?

It is at a point where my hours are squeezed to a point where I barely can run the company. Much less have my own activities. She won't budge, it is impossible to make her reduce her hours. At this point I dont even want to fuck her (especially when I have the feelz).

So, she's made her choice about working 12 hours a day (I work half that time and makes 4x in salary). Any suggestions on what I can do given the circumstance I'm in? My company is VC-backed so if there is a divorce the cap table will be fucked and the company will crash. Cant do that.

I'm thinking of filling my calender up with maxed amounts of activities, especially activities with the kids and at least have a great relationship with them. I dont care to "win her back", she has made her choice. Interested in knowing if there's someone else who has been in this predicament...
