This is one of the issues with LTRs. You're emotionally invested yet there's nothing that can prevent this girl from the inevitable branch swing.

Okay, look. you can't control her behaviour. You'll never be able to control her behaviour, she will always be able to make the decision to sleep with him no matter what "boundaries" you set. There's nothing you can "do."

The problem here isn't that she wants to sleep with this guy, is that she values that over the relationship. Girls will always want to sleep with other guys, that's a given. The problem here is that she is willing to indulge it. If she's hiding the fact he's interested in her, she is at least trying to hide her tracks.

Focus on yourself. If she cheats on you, she cheats on you. Even if you prevent it you're still with somebody who is willing to risk a relationship over a fling. Be ready to move on. It could be innocent, but I doubt it. If it's not, you're going to break up sooner or later regardless of whether you prevent it successfully.

When she goes to study with him, have a date scheduled with another woman. Don't hide it. When she goes ballistic about you dating someone else, you don't bat an eye: "If you are going to date other people, so am I. And no, don't for one second pretend this is anything other than a date." "Nope," is your response.

Then be utterly heartless about refusing to cancel your date and otherwise driving this to a break-up. It is the only way to wake her up to her own "it just happened!" pre-planning of her infidelity. Once i was Chad, i wasn't even interested.

This hot and engaged friend of mine invited me to study for a final at her place.

Respectively, you're lowering your SMV as well in her eyes by putting yourself in a position of desperation.

The best thing is to say nothing at all, after all 99% of relationships are temporary anyway. Go hangout with friends or go study with an attractive female friend if you need to get your mind off of things to prevent your anxiety from getting out of control.

One of my plates is "friends" with some Havard Business School student who comes from great wealth (He will be inheriting a business that is known globally as CEO). Obviously, my instinctual defenses had risen because this guy clearly has more worth in the world than me and he's probably not bad looking (successful men usually = handsome).

Abundance abundance abundance. You're in college man, there's hot women everywhere. This is great time to practice holding a congruent frame of mind with things like this. Not only will it help you keep your women loyal to you, but it will help you in future endeavors with non sex related things (job prospects, business negotiation, etc..)

Women don't want an equal, they want a rock. A man that cant be moved and doesn't show face when met with fear. He either conquers or is defeated with his dignity intact a la Leonidas and his men at the battle of Thermopylae.

Demote her to FWB / plate status. When I gave my example with the plate i mentioned before, I knew there was no way I could LTR this girl. She drinks a lot, has loads of guy friends (most of them losers she wouldn't bang anyway, but it's still an issue), and has an ex boyfriend in the picture who's probably still getting over his one-iris; on top of that all, plenty of slutty stories she's shared with me and I overheard from her friends.

There is literally no point to taking girls like this seriously, just have fun with them and have sex. Don't get emotionally invested because if she can't control her tingles for Chad and be a good girlfriend, you'll be bought out.

This is one of many reasons I avoid LTR's like a plague.
