Couple of things.....

A girl you have had sex with once is not a plate. She's a one night stand that you're trying to turn into a plate.
Just because a chick will let you fuck her on the first date doesn't mean you should. Especially if the first date is the day after you matched with no other interaction. This is most likely where you dropped the ball. Other than your physical attractiveness and possible sexual prowess or lack thereof what did you give her to maintain interest in you?

90% of the time Flaking = No interest. Women are not direct nor honest. Flaking or making up excuses not to meet up is their best and only way of saying "I'm not interested in you". Who knows where you took a wrong turn but she lost interest. Part of it is you definitely didn't do a good job of building attraction, mystery, and food for her hamster wheel prior to sex.
