But if you want instant 1-2 point boost, then it is all in your mind, confidence, attitude and interaction skills makes 1-2 points Next easiest is grooming/clothes, then pysical and status, you cant skip that to get to 8-9, but if you are in right set of mind then you can boost 1-2 points instantly (however it all comes together, right mindset and you will groom better, you will eat healthier and you will go to gym) P.s. no, your social circle won't notice this instantly or will try to beta-shame you, possibly taking away chance to notice this.

In contrast to the guys who lost weight, I went from skinny noodle (150 lbs @ 6 feet tall) to 190 in a few months after eating and working out a ton. It’s hilarious some of the differences you notice, but one interesting thing which a lot of guys claim here is that girls approach you which is for the most part false because most of them are shy/wait for you to approach. Although you do get the signals (prolonged eye contact, smile etc). You’re presence in the night club as a guy with big arms/big chest is totally different then the common noodle, it’s very enjoyable.

Yes. Lost weight, got ripped. Probably from 230-185ish. Had an extreme diet. I could tell a noticable difference in the amount of attention I received from people (both men and women),got a real haircut,started dressing to fit my body type. really regretted not making the changes sooner as I went thru my entire college days looking pretty bad/very sloppy. Went from a 6 to 8+. Also just had a career move that upped my smv even more. Currently sitting at about a 9.

I did this over time but you could make it happen in that time frame. I'd say I've gone from a 6 to an 8.

Get a good haircut. Grow your hair out a bit so you can style it.
Lose weight. Your goal should be a normal BMI.
Grow a beard. It helps with facial symmetry.
Hit the gym.
Buy insoles and boots. You'll be able say you're 3 inches taller than what you actually are.
Control your acne.
Buy a nice pair of pants, a couple of new shirts, a nice jacket, a new pair of shoes, a watch and a nice cologne. Building a new wardrobe needs money but be smart.
Fuck a social circle and the time it wastes. If you have the SMV you can get laid off apps directly.
I graduated with a really good degree but that didn't happen overnight.

Yeah. Steroids can do that in a month. Up you by a point or two. Buying a fancy suit is another point. A face peel and teeth whitening and maybe some tanning is another.

You can go from a 6 to 9 in a month if you have the cash, reliable professionals and health to spare.

Took me a little over a year but I went from skinny-fat to athletic. I've gotten 3x more dates and notice many more IOI's than when I was a skinnyfat bastard.

I started lifting and did keto for a while. Now I'm doing IF (and still lifting obviously).

I was underweight, very submissive attitude, had long unkempt hair and no job, and I tried to compensate by having a bloated and pretentious vocabulary and quoting logical fallacies. Basically a neckbeard. Ugh. I force fed myself to newbie gainsville (that approach would make me fat now), started working (pretty shitty jobs but at least I'm self sufficient now), got a haircut, became calmer and more assertive, stopped trying to sound like a professor. I went from being someone who was sometimes mistaken for a girl to someone that most girls would give a second look. And dudes started giving little nods to me, which I had no idea was even a thing.

This started happening while I was dating a pretty hot girl who I felt like I didn't deserve (which contributed to my extreme clingyness). When we broke up I was forced to realize it wasn't a fluke that I was dating her. Dating girls who I would have previously thought were out of my league turned out to be pretty easy, as long as I got out of my own way. My clingyness evaporated so quickly that it cause a bit of an existential crisis, actually. When you think you're someone who constantly craves lovey dovey shit, and then suddenly holding hands makes you feel nothing, it's a bit of a mindfuck.

Do improve your appearance like everybody is saying. Also set a long term goal as well and don't be afraid to let women know that no matter what, you will achieve that goal. It could be a job or a competition you're getting ready for, shit even going to college is enough for some women.

I had a long term friend I knew that suddenly was all over me out of the blue, and since we were friends I figured I would ask her why suddenly now she was all up on me, she said "oh idk I think it's amazing how you have like a real future and goals." (That's not an exact quote but close enough).

Yeah, I knew this person for years and all I had to do was put down my bong and go become a somebody, who would've fucking thought.

Just got Invisalign and going to end with a teeth bleach which will give me +1. 6-9 months.

Yes, but by no means was I high smv. I just highly boosted it. Graduated college with engineering degree. Got 6 figure paying job, started working out, started investing, started realizing how girls behave/think mostly thanks to trp. Grew a beard developed a style. Sadly I've dropped my smv. Took pay cut and working out less. Started going out to bars more. Only seeing one girl. I'm in a rut. Typing this right now makes me want to change. Thanks for asking this question.

I lifted in late high school for a brief period so when I first found out about TRP I had some decently fast gains. My genetics are pretty good so I basically had a good starting point and I went from a 7 to I would say a 9+ and I've only lifted for 5 or 6 months and still fairly high bodyfat but I still catch a lot of IOIs in the club. I think I could be a 10 if I was shredded or just with another 6 months of gym depending on if I plateau or not but as far as gains people can tell I lift which puts you above most others. It's funny when people stress so much about %bf when I go to the pool bear mode and chicks look at me like they want me to be their daddy.

I started doing cold aproach pick up during the day. Just walking around the mall and stuff like that. It helps so much to get your shit together. It pulls out really subtle habits you have and fears that keep you from doing what you want. It's hard but it helped. Me increase my self perceived SMV by a lot

You can lose a lot of fat in 3 months. And put on a bit of muscle. Try 3 diff hairstyles. Try a few different clothing looks. Grow a beard . Work on your posture. Learn to fight
