I've seen TRP pop up in other subs here and there. Mostly in the context of people using it as a joke to imply that those who follow TRP Theory were a large group of incel neckbeards who knew nothing about what they talk about.

After being frustrated over myself as a person and wanting to become better at forming relationships with women and wanting to be a better version of myself I decided to check the sub out and read some theory.

Now as a newbie, some of it is understandably overwhelming in nature. But I've been comparing some of the theories to my own experiences where girls expressed interest in me or turned me down and some of it actually checks out, granted my sample size is still too small. Of course there were still many doubts to as to how legit this was and some doubt still does linger. Maybe it is being Blue-pilled for this long.

But the most amazing part for me was the disparity. The outside, for all the digging I did to see if someone could verify this, would say TRP was about woman-hate and in general was only about dominating women. But the majority of advice I've seen were men asking other men to be the best they could be by lifting, working in their goals and not being broken over women.

Why is there such a negative perception of that from the outside? Why is it so hard to take the pill?

I hope someone could help me out here. I really do want to commit to taking the pill 100% but it is a bit frustrating as to how confused and lost one can feel in the midst of all this.

Edit: Thanks to everyone who helped makes things clearer to me. Really made me be introspective and realize just how Blue-pilled I was coming into the subs.
