Won’t go into particular behaviours but unless you did something horrible you can usually recover by no contact and changing up who you are a bit through improvement and it has to be authentic otherwise she will see through it soon enough. No contact could be anywhere from a few days to a few years

Being needy, that means acting as if you constantly need her attention, complaining that she doesn’t reply your texts as fast as you want to, double or triple texting her when she is not responding to your previous texts..

Thinking that showing sexual interest is disrespect and having the mindset that girls hate guys who are interested in sex and thus you must hide your interest in sex.

I’m my experience it was being too hesitant and not escalating fast enough. We had already kissed and she had said her roommate wouldn’t be home but somehow I didn’t get the hint and eventually she got fed up that I was so nervous and hesitant. That was back when I was a virgin though

I was talking to a girl who seemed interested and I asked her out. But because she was working at the cafe and I know it can be uncomfortable to be hit on by a customer, I said we could meet up but "no pressure."

I noticed a girls mood immediately change when I ate her ass during sex. That was my fault for unleashing the freak too soon. Every L teaches you something though, and that and a few others basically resonated that you should let her lead in the crucial moments.

Id say a big killer is losing control of your masculine frame in relation to your woman.

As soon as you lose your masculinity in your woman's view, it's all downhill. She will lose respect for you and that quickly becomes unsustainable. This can happen in many ways, as well. And some of it depends on the woman's viewpoints.

Usually the easiest way to cause this is to be overly emotional or reactive. That is a very feminine quality. A masculine man should be a point of stability, or a 'rock' as is commonly known. This is just One of many examples

Low self-esteem; that can manifest in a million different ways but how it's communicated doesn't exactly matter.

She doesn't even need to see you, you can hear the exact moment that you tense up, your throat closes and you try to push through the next line you're going to say; if you can even think of that line in the first place because your brain has shut down.

Don't need to hear you either, you can see you start fidgeting, compulsively blinking, etc.

There is one criteria: 'DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOOD ENOUGH, OR DO YOU NOT'.

It can change in moment to moment, it can change in a flash. To 'recover' is to re-ground yourself, own your mistakes, you don't scramble to gain back the 'status' you just felt you lost, you move back into high self-esteem, accept yourself, own who you are, view yourself as an equal.

The actionable answer is:

1 Trying to enter her world (like trying impressing her )

2 Acting like a nerd (broken body language, talking like a nerd etc)

Generally with years of time anything is recoverable from. (Including sleeping with her mother,sister and cousin while you were dating than giving her photos of the acts as a present on her bday … apparently)

In the short term - anything besides those 2 things won’t lose to much interest.
