When a girl flakes on me, what final message should I send to her before moving on to the next prospect? My instinct would be to say something like "I can't be following up all the time; if you would like to meet me I'll leave it up to you to suggest a time and place", but somebody told me this sounds desperate or angry. I would like to say something in order to show the girl that I am not uninterested but that she'll need to put in more effort if she really does want a date and am open to being contacted by her again. I consider girls' excuses to be bullshit by default, but sometimes they really can't attend for whatever reason, and if I just ghost them without saying anything after hearing an excuse that turns out to be legitimate, they might assume I have lost interest and not contact me again.
