I think seeing a therapist, specifically a sex therapist would be the best for you. I have suffered with some severe sex-related emotional and physical issues, some of which had to be treated by a physical therapist. Having more sex didn't help, because it was negative every time. I needed to figure out what was the matter with me before I could enjoy sex. Its still a work in progress, but I've come a long way.

Example: parents raised me to believe sex was immoral, unsafe, and wrong. So even with my long-term partner, I would get anxiety attacks or cry. Another example (I'm a woman) intense physical pain from sex. Seeing a doctor and then a physical therapist to work on that helped more than all those efforts to "just relax" or "go slow" or whatever.

My point is that sometimes you have a real physical or neurological problem, and that's something that can get treated and can get a lot better.

Also, I'm not trying to imply you're crazy or you have something seriously wrong with your life. I'm studying to become a psychotherapist myself, and I think many people could benefit from some counseling now and again.

Contact a therapist and explore the trauma and phobia you're experiencing. Developing a trusting relationship with a therapist regarding your difficulties connecting to people will do so much more for your overall quality of life, than spending the same amount of money on an escort.

Also, you're 32. You feel like time is running out for you, but in the grand scheme of life, you are still incredibly young and as you make positive changes, so much can change in your life you'll barely recognise it in a few years.
