I used “has anyone ever told you how beautiful… MY eyes are?” just the other night and it killed. At a table full of people, she was sitting right next to me staring into my eyes to see what color they were. Whole table lost it.

1)DONT compliment her. Make flirting about you two , instead of about her.

2)Eye fuck her , and maintain strong eye contact with a smirk and a stern face. Think of how James bond does it.

3)Speak slowly and firmly. Dont rush up your words , speak like you want to be heard.

4)Tease her , say things which can have a double meaning.

5) Dont be afraid of silence or of running out of conversation. Be comfortable with silence yourself between you and the girl , this builds trust. Also use silence to your advantage , sometimes just looking a girl in the eyes and smirking when the convo runs out works wonders.

6) Touch her and close the distance. Be close enough that she can smell the colonge. Touch her on the arm shoulder , lower back and tuck her hair in the back of her ear if it falls on her face. Dont poke her , rather caress her when trying to touch.

7)Dont be a dick , but let her know that you have a dick.

If you are worried about looking like a “simp” then you are more concerned with how guys see you. Guys are the ones judging other guys for being “simps”.
A girl is into you or she’s not, doesn’t matter if you are a “simp” or not. So just flirt like how you want and be yourself. If she’s into it, great. If not, move on.

It's a turn off when a guy is obviously trying to flirt. I don't know why it is for me. I like banter and love jokes. Pick up lines, or obvious over the top flirting is a no for me. Some girls don't like joking banter though. I think those are the girls who like over the top flirting.

I’d say they is to not flood her with compliments, it instantly comes off as though you are trying to please her which lowers a woman’s attraction because you’d come off as if she’s on a higher level than you.

Like others have mentioned, the go to is to be witty, it takes confidence to pull it off and social awareness to not say something that is out of pocket. Think playful teasing.
