Just use social clues and context clues. Also, even if she does want to, she’s probably not trying to be seductive and look like those pornstars. Safest bet is to always assume she is looking up to make eye contact because it’s respectful. Remember, it’ll be your funeral not hers if you assume the wrong thing.

Should be easy to tell, fuck me eyes are when they have lower eye lids and are holding eye contact harder. "Tall" stares are more wide eyed and brief. Both are good though

I knew a woman that did this and it was seductive, eye contact is a signal of interest. I notice that the amount of eye contact I give a girl is correlated with my attraction, unless my social anxiety is causing me to push them away. So I don’t think it’s a question of whether eye contact is seductive but a question of how much eye contact they’re giving you.

When a girl is interested, she usually gets sparkling eyes, she produces more smell, gets into "feminine posture", start speaking louder etc. But it doesn't matter until you make a contact with her, right? If it’s insistant and she smiles. If she blinks a lot too. When I look at someone who is tall, I tilt my head up. If I’m trying to give them the fuck me eyes, I don’t tilt it as much, making my eyes appear bigger. Women don’t usually look into your eyes when they talk, so if she does and it’s look and it looks like she’s staring into your soul, she knows what she’s doing. But be careful because tall guys make women really bold for some reason, so you might get those stares even tho the girl isn’t attracted.

Hard to describe, but I knew the first time I saw them that it was definitely fuck me eyes. Their gaze softens but at the same time they glare deep into your eyes. There's often a movement in the mouth and brow. Idk hard to explain. Watch a movie where it's clear the girl wants to fuck then keep a look out for that I guess?
