Is he advocating that you ask her what she likes, and if you don't think it's a good answer, keep probing until you get one you like?
Because if so, get ready for 10,000 hours of rejection, because unless you're a perfectly calibrated master, that technique is a one-way shot to creepville.
It's SO much easier to learn by doing. Start by testing to see if she likes something, and if she does, go for it. If she doesn't, move on. Everyone likes different things, so you might as well work on a good way to feel out someone's preferences.

I don't know, I think in the right context it could be great. If you say it out if the blue in the middle of talking about something else, then yeah it's creepy. But if you're dancing around sexual topics and the conversation is more along the lines of 'what do you like in a guy/girl' or you could even just say something like 'you just bit your lip...don't do that please, I can't take it', and then you could say a few things that drive you crazy, followed by asking 'what turns you on?'. I think it'd be natural and appropriate there

You don't outright ask a stranger that, you have to already be building a rapport with them. And not only that but escalating to find IOIs and shit to give you the opportunity to ask it without sounding like a creep.

Not necessarily tons of questions, but a lot of probing questions, unless you're in a relaxed situation where you're already comfortable with each other and that would be appropriate.
And you might be right, my main issue could be with the article's style, but it seemed to me to say "ask a woman what she likes. If she gives an unhelpful answer like 'for a guy to be a gentleman, ' keep pushing until you get an answer like 'I enjoy guys who bite my neck."
The issue with that is it requires a high level of comfort between the two of you, and if you get too probe-y too soon, you almost invariably come off as creepy.

Sometimes you don't even need to ask questions.
I was with a group of rando girls one night at a club, dancing a bit. One of them whispers to me, "she's (points over to her friend) single and really horny right now." I just kind of laughed and kept dancing. facepalm.

One of those pictures just made me roll my eyes. The one that really got me was "expect every girl to be smarter then you." Uh ok, sure. Not saying that most women are not smart but cmon.
I agree with petriomelony take action if a girl is into you. Try the line of didnt we go to high school together? if you need an opener. I heard a guy use that line and I thought it was corny but could be kind of funny if played right.

The point was not that the advice pictured was good. The point was that the act of asking was in itself a fun game, and that after nudging them to get over the silly answers (like that one), you can get girls to actually open up in a meaningful way this way.

The pictures are the lamest shit ever. I saw those first and was like, "this post is shit". However, the basic idea to ask the girl what she likes is a good one. One caveat though is that you can only do this after she is into you and have escalated or else you will just be creepy.
