I’m Australian, I know quite a few second gen (or grew up since childhood) Aus-Asians, and they seemingly have no trouble landing Women, white, ethnic, whatever, and have acclimatized and integrated into the culture seamlessly. At 5’8 your height is fine, you’ll tower over most Women. The only thing I can say is all these guys either have loads of confidence or flair, or are just super laid back and laconic, just your average Aussie dude basically. It’s the first Gen Aus-Asians that have a heap of difficultly landing Women outside of their ethnicity, mainly due to cultural differences, awkward social skills around local Women, at times really bad hygiene and unkemptness. I doubt you have those issues if you’ve been here that long. Keep trying.

You gotta first ditch the shame you are carrying around that being Indian or ethnic is a disadvantage. That is showing in your lack of confidence and frame which repulses women. On top of that you are being needy and try hard. And if you like most Indians I know, you are very smart and have that engineer, linear mindset which is cancer to seduction because you are probably very bland in your convos, over analyzing, and think it’s a numbers game.

Stop trying cold approaches and start trying warm approaches. Women might find it creepy when you approach them out of the blue but if your playing a sport with them, at a book club, in a church group etc, they will have time to get to see your not a creep. Then you can build value in yourself by showing your characteristics over time. Just friend them and ask them to do an activity one day with you and try to spark a long conversation. I know several shorter brown skin men married to white women. The trick is when you find a good one don't let her go.

Same rules apply for you... Women like charm, humor, athleticism, intelligence, status, money and nice house and car, etc. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it because i've seen it. Usually is within a common religion or playing a sport with them. Step one, do they like you as a person/friend and trust you a bit.

You have been in Australia your whole life, your basically Australian.

I'm from Mauritius and I live in France and it's pretty much the same problem. The ones that focus only on the appearance immediately cancel me because of my ethnicity

No one here is going to get you closer to the actual answer (though they have good tips!). You’re correct, the system is not meant to favor you, but understanding it will allow you to navigate through it more effectively. I recommend listening to FD Signifier on YouTube, particularly his work on black masculinity, as well as do some research on Intersectionality. Understanding the obstacles holding you back outside your control will help you overcome them.

If you’re a minority then go for other minorities. If you go for women outside of your community there won’t be as much chemistry and you’ll have to rely on other factors like good looks.

Being Indian in a country that is predominantly white, you've already DQ'd yourself from consideration. On top of being short, which already excludes you from any white woman's preselection phase by default.

Regardless of how well-kempt and confident you carry yourself. These women will instinctively label you as a creep, stalker or worse yet, a scout for human trafficking.

You're just bad at cold approach. It's an actual skill and art. It's much more than just having the confidence to go up to women. Women can be attracted to all sorts of different types of men. You just need to keep working to make yourself more attractive, more sensitive, and better at flirting

What is success and failure to you? You claim to have a low success rate. You're talking about a cold approach and opening. Do you mean then not many girls want to talk to you on the cold approach? Do you mean not many girls are attracted to you? Do you mean not many girls go on dates or give numbers? Do you mean not many girls sleep with you? Be more specific otherwise we can't figure out which part of your game is causing you trouble.

Cold approach is about that strong first impression. And many people only can present their advantages properly with time. Try to make your cold approach less cold, try to induce some emotions and create connection with a conversation. And always remember about shower, smile and good clothes.

Yes being ethnic ( and a lil short ) affects your success rate and you have to compensate in other areas to make up for it. You probably have to dress up a lot, have impeccable hygiene and get bigger muscles even if you're talking to women that wear jean shorts and a T-shirt. I would maybe get a fake watch or something to show that you have a lil bit of money as well.

As someone who dipped into the whole pua thing temp just to get better at it. The best success rates I got was when I just wanted to get over the fear of approach and no intention of keeping the conversation going unless they tried to themselves. I only had one girl give me a cold shoulder. And that's because from what I gathered afterwords she was probably waiting for her exam and was prob stressed out. I'm Iraqi and this is in Canada btw so not Australia but it's kinda impossible to be a "grey man" when your brown surrounded by white people lol.

You saying they find you attractive at work makes me think it's because your not actively trying. I don't like the word desperate for this but try changing tactics at first. Just a guess though.

No. Cold approaches do not work for an Indian guy.

Chose a good hobby where you can meet women organically, if your aim is to find a life partner.

If fucking the most number of women is your goal then work hard and get rich. You will have no issues finding women to fuck.
