Hello r/seduction. I've always had trouble with eye contact. Prolonging eye contact with people always made me feel like I was going to get attacked. Surprisingly, developing strong eye contact has created the exact opposite; incredible comfort building, intrigue and seduction.

Here is an eye contact tip I learned recently. Whenever talking to someone, or being out in public and making eye contact, make it your primary objective to identify the following:

1. What is the color of their eyes?
2. What is the shape of their eye? Round or oval
3. How big is the white part of their eye?
4. How far apart are their eyes?
5. Are they wearing glasses? If so, what color?
6. What is their eye makeup like?
7. How long are their eye lashes?

I never noticed how incredibly different people's eyes are until starting this. It has been very powerful.

Getting in the habit of making these observations has vastly improved my eye contact and my connections with women. I try this on everyone I meet. Instead of being up in my head, im focusing on making observations and this helps get me out of chode-mode.
