Obviously you want to be able to maintain eye contact at the correct times. Holding eye contact with a woman from across the bar for a prolonged period of time will certainly do you no good.

When speaking to a woman, hold that contact. Embrace it. You will be tempted to look away because you'll get uncomfortable but do this with enough women and it will become second-nature to you.

Also, like /u/alec5280 said, if a girl catches you looking at her you better hold that shit.

Mastering eye contact is a great skill to have in your arsenal. Eye contact is how you court women in general. There is no secret weapon that will get you laid. I found out that if you got confidence in who you are that you can look any woman in eyes and not give a shit what shit she thinks. I found out that it's best to flirt with someone right in front of them and square up. If you're just meeting a girl for the first time give eye contact and don't come across as a friend. This will always keep you out of the friend zone. I even have gotten out of the friend zone with this girl I knew for 5 years because of what I learned from RSD. Girls want to be dominated and want you to be an ALPHA. 1i a, able to hold eye contact with 10s. I am on their level and I don't give a shit what they think.

Yeah I've told a story on this sub before that was 100% real and everyone was calling bullshit.

Basically I was out on the town with a friend of mine. A random girl walking by comes up and asked for a lighter. I turn directly to her, look her in the eyes for 3 seconds and just reply "no, I don't" and she stares back in my eyes for another second or 2 and replies "holy shit, you are sexy as fuck" turns to my friend and says "your friend is sexy as fuck". And walks away still linking arms with some guy she was with.

To this day I look every girl in the eyes when I meet them and talk to them.

I'm good with eye contact with pretty much everyone as its helped me a lot in my career.

But with women obviously its had no correlation at all in terms of making me look any more attractive or even compensating for my looks.

So at least for me it hasn't worked in any way at all, but then again as I mentioned I'm working on self improvement to one day be at a level where some woman would consider me attractive some day.

I love this, I work in the service industry and when taking people's order, I'm making eye contact them with them the entire time. It's been great practice.
