Start treating yourself as a human being instead of calling yourself a creature.

Then work on your personality. Don't pity yourself. Don't hate yourself. Accept who you are. Make fun of your deformation but don't become a clown either. Be fun to be around with and enjoy life to the fullest.

Hey bro, looking through your history, I can see that you are hurting. That energy is effecting your game, perhaps more than your deformity.

You need to work on truly loving yourself, and seeing the value in yourself. Getting passionate about a cause, or throwing yourself into a hobby that gives you confidence that will radiate off of you.

You don't chase women, you attract them. You attract them, by being attractive. Attraction, is more than looks, (looks help), but a self assured dude that can look past women towards his passions, will attract more consistently, than chasing.

Approaching strangers has a low chance of success. I recommend joining clubs and charities that interest you in your community. Let them get to know you first and look for signs of interest before you ask them on a date.

You aren't deformed. You're imperfect, and nobody is ever perfect Stop degrading yourself. Don't approach people like you have a handicap or imperfection, approach like the 10/10 king you are. Don't take the intimidation sitting down. Speak back for yourself. You may not be a perfect specimin, but your intentions are good and you mean no harm.

Don't let judgemental people determine any aspect of your life, and stand up to that shit.

Pity won't get you anywhere. Nobody gives a fuck about how you think or what you feel. At least not on the streets or at bars/pubs.

First impressions are everything. Be funny, be smart. Be unique. Maybe tell a joke, do a trick, and then try to steer the conversation how you want it to go. Distract from your physical self and show them that underneath whatever problems you have outside, theres a human inside.

Most guys aren't constantly going up to strangers and approaching them. I suggest primarily meeting women through your social circle, but also through online dating and social media (yeah I know), and a few out and about. If you aren't attractive then look for women who aren't attractive as well, so you aren't just talking to women out of your league. Do your best to look your best. And find ways of meeting women where even if you don't, at least you make some friends and enjoy your time being single.

For every disadvantage you have, you need to go hard on what you can control.

Also, I don’t know what your deformity is but perhaps start look at other women with physical complications that can understand your struggle?

Man I feel for what you’ve been through. If it was me in your position I’d hope to realize nothing in life is fair and since I can’t change it I have to fix what I can. It would probably take a lot of inner work (which I’ve talked about in other comments) and a ton of outer work. The worse things are physically for you as the canvas you were born with, my equation is the more you will have to put into getting into physical peak fitness to compensate. Also since it’s your face you’re concerned about, look into any options to offset what nature gave you — any thing to give you a better life. The other thing to do to over compensate for the physical is to become more social, become a very social person and the type that people enjoy being around and over time it’s like they will start to see past the physical issues, if that makes sense. I feel for you my man, I don’t know specifics but hope you’re able to work some change into your life
