There is not a perfect amount of times you should text someone. It all depends on the relationship you have with that person and how often each of you text/call other people.

Don't listen to people saying "never text her in three weeks" or "text her everyday".

You just have to find a natural balance, usually some days you will be the one texting/calling and other days it will be her. Sometimes the conversations will be longer and other times they'll be short.

If it's only one person initiating the calls-texts then it might mean the other person does not feel like talking that often and it might get weird.

So just try to find that natural pace that you're both comfortable with, without being the one that always initiates (being annoying) or the one that never contacts her (being too distant/disinterested).

This sort of shit is what Snapchat was designed for. Take photos of your holiday experience and put them on your snap or insta story like you normally do so she sees it. Then once every day or every two days while you're gone - not so often that you overwhelm but often enough that she keeps thinking about it - take a photo of a beautiful vista or a private beach or the resort pool + cabana and send it to her with the caption like "next time I come here I want you to suck me off on this hill during the sunrise" or "Wouldn't it be hot if I ate you out right here poolside at midnight and you had to be super quiet or people would catch us" or "I saw this tree stump and immediately wanted to bend you over it for a quickie. Do you think the forest service would mind?"

Basically communicate "look at all the world of hot nasty naughty shit I wanna do with you. I can't put my hands on you now but when we get back you'd better be ready for the fucking of your life" plus a perfect setup for taking her on the next holiday and fucking her all up and down some exotic locale if that tickles your fancy

The goal is "live rent-free in her mind without having to blow up her phone 24/7" - that's a surefire way to distinguish yourself from all the other dudes out there trying to wedge their noses up her butt while you're on vacation

You should not let this insecurity grow further by feeding it.

I’d think the best way would be to text her every other day, 2-3 days in between and ask her how she’s been or just check up on her, maybe say you miss her a bit smth like that

BUT it heavily depends on what your relation is like right now, if you already send each other texts checking up on each other, or just being “there” for the other person, then keep it up, at a moderate intensity

However, and I will be very blunt with you, if she loses interest or finds someone else, no amount of texting will get her back (unless she’s the type that sleeps arounds, then cool I guess…?)

My overall advice is “show her you’re there and you care” but according to your level of relationship, don’t turn into long distance romantic boyfriend if you don’t act like boyfriend already
