Ive learned a lot from seddit that opened my eyes to things I wasn't aware of about myself. Mostly about outcome independence and confidence. But what I've come to realize is that most of the stuff I read on this subreddit are things that I had already known or was already incorporating into my daily life prior to finding out about seddit.

The more I read these posts, the more I felt like there was something I needed to change or something I was doing wrong. This negatively affected the way I was approaching and talking to women because I had a "seddit checklist" in the back of my head telling me I need to take all these steps in order to get this girl to like me.

Ive stopped visiting seddit the past couple weeks and kind of forgot about this "seddit checklist" mindset and went on a date last night and guess what, I GOT LAID! I was just myself and genuinely enjoyed the conversation and her presence and she saw that and fucked with that shit. My point is don't get sucked into this subreddit. Step back and realize what skills you already naturally have and take note of what you need to work on. We all have different personalities, strengths and weaknesses so different things will work for different people I think. So don't be a sponge.

Tldr: was reading too much seddit became self conscious Stopped visiting seddit Became myself again Got laid
