Most people are unwilling to do the work

Most people are simply in love with an idea or dream

Now, while that first part was super negative (sorry about that) I want to say this,

You must exhibit the behavior you want and expect from others. You can't expect anyone to be straight forward if you yourself aren’t taking action or waiting days and weeks to do so. Tired of getting mixed signals? Good chance you're sending them yourself or just not communicating at all. Not going after what you want or telling people the truth? No wonder why you get the excuse “I was busy” or “I never saw that text”

You attract what you are so if you’re flaky, never finish a task, make excuses and bs all the time then what kind of behavior do you think you’ll get from others?

Now, there’s no guarantee that if you become the best version of yourself that people won't still flake and lie but you will be able to better detect and eliminate behavior you don’t like.

Step your game up.
