Im a, what you could call a metalhead/punk type of a guy, with everything that entails. Im also predominantly attracted to goth/punk girls. As it turns out, over time I become "specialized" in this target group, just by being true to myself. I found that sarging women who already dig men like me (tattoed goths with dreadlocks and piercings etc) helps a lot with peackocking and opening (or often being opened). Going after girls from my own subculture guarantees far easier comfort building through commonalities (similar tastes in music etc) building attraction (easier to guess what will work) DHVing etc.

My old pal, who could be described as a member of the hip-hop/urban subculture is similarily specialized in his target group. He dresses the right way, knows many Djs and MCs, talks "street", and intuitively "clicks" with the type of girls who are within that group.

My younger brother is a dancer, and he almost exclusively dates women who also dance. Put him in a bookstore or in a bar and he'll be useless, but on the dancefloor his game is flawless.

I am curious of the opinion of the more experienced guys: is "specialization" a good way to go, or not? Any one else has experience with this kind of thing?
