Try texts that move toward meeting up. Ask her what kind of stuff she likes and if you know a place that fits what she says she likes, invite her to go there. That way you can move the convo to real life and away from text messaging.

I would not recommend trying to have long conversations with them over text, before you actually go out together. When I get a woman's number over tinder, and I text them, I keep it short. I usually start with typical "how's your day" bullshit, move on to bring playful/teasing/jokingly talking shit, and then immediately arranging the date. Then I end it there. You don't want to appear needy, or like you don't have something better to do with your time.

Anything to push things towards meeting up. It sounds crude, but you can't fuck a text message.

As great as things can be on text, and as fun a time you might have, it's still just texting. So ideally you should be trying to set times and places to meet in person, and if that's no soon, like if it's a a few days, or a week out, then there are ways to build comfort and keep them interested over text until you do meet.

But usually you want to go ahead and use the texting as a way to meet in person.

One thing I'd suggest instead of the "hey how are you today" stuff of stuff is something more fun that engages her. Treat it like she's bored, you're able to provide a source of fun and excitement, and go from there.

Logistics for the meet that should be conducive to sex. Ideally kept minimal, some rapport building is needed, sometimes, esp. when you're newer, but your eye should be on the ball, not "getting to know her". A question that might help is - Why are you getting her number to talk to her rather than just confirming a date you already set up in person?

If a girl likes you she will be glad to meet and won't dodge more than once, or twice (if she's really busy). Just be understanding, text her considerately, I always like structuring my cold messages like this:

"Name, hope your 4th was fantastic :) Friend's brother got a movie projector and we watched a movie like a drive in... pretty bad ass. What's your week look like?"

or

"Name, hope your week's went well so far :) Just getting back into some projects after that long weekend, can still hear the fireworks! On our coffee - what's your schedule look like?"

If she's not responding and/or she's dodging questions or information conducive to scheduling a date, plain and simple she's not that into the idea of romance or sex with you from how you've presented yourself thus far. Girls will respond to questions at the end of those if they're interested in seeing you, it's kind of a numbers game, but this screens out time wasters vs. good leads.

Think about what creates attraction and put that into text. Be playful, non-needy, etc. Don't be all interview mode or respond to everything she says or at once when she replies. Make it fun for both of you (this doesn't mean that you should be all jokes).

Ask her about topics you're interested in, e.g. "do you like Tarantino movies?" etc. This let's you build/find commonalities. Otherwise, you can make assumptions about the type of person you thinks she is or mutual topics you've discussed before.
