Women have been sharing tips and tricks about looking good, romance and all other kinds of stuff which we men are only now starting to disseminate in earnest amongst ourselves. I'd say it isn't any different than their vapid Cosmo magazines, only on the 'net. About fucking time we caught up to them, no?
You could argue that women have been sharing their secrets back in the cave while we were out hunting the next meal ;-)

And anyway, how is Seddit (specifically, since you asked) any different from the myriad of PU fora out there? And would it be any different if a couple of guys e-mail/IM/SMS each other tips instead of post on Seddit?
If she asks you point blank about you learning to PU from Seddit, tell her so. And if she can't handle it then tough fucking luck for her. Says more about her. Next.

I dunno, I'd probably not mention that I participate or know of it, but do a general defense of men learning to be more attractive people. Women can read cosmo and have tips and tricks about dating, but guys can't? etc. Then I'd just move on.

If the relationship gets serious I might come back around to it in detail because the transformation and self-improvement often associated with guys in the community working on inner and outer game is a pretty big life event that could be honestly discussed.

The only reason she would know about seddit is if she is surfing your browsing history. I have been on reddit for 3 years and didn't know it existed till it made it into the most hated subredit thread.

Did this actually happen to you? I'd be so surprised I'd just listen to her rant while quietly laughing at the irony of the situation.

Anyway chances are she hasn't thought about the topic alot and is just taking an ignorant view based on a few rumours she's heard coupled with prejudice. I would suggest taking the moral highground and defend seddit, as it shows you're not afraid to confront her, as an alpha wouldn't (and you really shouldn't be afraid anyway). I'd talk about how some guys have trouble talking to girls and how going up and introducing themselves doesn't work for them (note I would NOT talk about girls being bitches/mean as she's likely to defend her sex and talk about creeps etc. It's a no winner). You could mention the pua philosophy of "leave her better than you found her". You could quell some of the rumours she might have heard about pua just being canned material used to manipulate girls. You could say how pua is focused now on inner game, which is about improving your confidence, your esteem and your life. You could mention how pu has motivated you to do X, and now you're a better person for it.

Note I would personally not recommend indicating you're a subscriber of seddit, just play devils advocate (moral highground). This is just because girls talk and you usually want to avoid being labelled as a player.

The odds of her knowing about Seddit and reddit are without a doubt so astronomically low that it isn't worth considering. If she does know, just deny it outright.
